Came to this location on December 22, 2023 for my first visit here. I have been to 3 different Jersey Mike’s over the years and had very hit or miss experiences.Not here! Dudes working were awesome, super kind and helpful. Store was incredibly clean, bathrooms too.Food tasted better here than other JMs I ate at, not sure why - maybe they seasoned the beef better. Doesn’t matter - just a great overall experience!

I really like Jersey mikes, it's really good, every time I leave I'm like that was so yum! It's the bread it's soft and pillowy, unlike the pub subs, their bread is so hard! They slice the meat right when you order it, fresh veggies, soft bread, it's all good! Great lunch option!

I went here with my wife and son. We ordered and the girl seemed not happy to be there. While I was getting my family their sodas I noticed black specs in the cups. My wife is pregnant and I didn’t want her consuming this or anyone else so I told the girl with blonde dreads that works there. She immediately said “oh the black dots? Yeah you can get another drink we been trying to fix that.”I told her “I can see the dots in the clear drinks how do I know they are not in all the drinks?”She said “just grab something from the cooler and clean up your cups and walked away”If they can’t keep a soda machine I imagine the whole place is filthy. The floors are slippery like they have no idea how to run a mop. Staff does not care at all about the customer here. Time to fire and rehire someone new.

What a perfect way to begin the 4th of July celebrations with great sandwiches from Jersey Mikes! Todays customer special deal at this location only is “Buy 3 regulars and get the 4th regular FREE”. On every visit I’ve found this location to be always clean and bright inside. Some new furniture has been added and definitely very comfortable and cool looking. The staff continues to be courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. On my visit today I had the pleasure of being helped by Alexia, Nick and Alphonso. They are each an asset to this company. I’m off to enjoy these deliciously fresh sandwiches, chips and drinks with my family. Looking forward to my return visit to the Jersey Mikes Mandarin location!

This is the second time our order was completely messed up. First time we ordered the giant original Philly cheese steak with extra mushrooms, extra cheese, and extra meat. Instead we got Philly cheese steak with Mayo and banana peppers and the cheesesteak. Tonight we went in person asked for our normal giant philly cheesesteak with extra meat, extra cheese and extra mushrooms and when we got home it was nothing at all what we requested instead it was just the steak, don’t think cheese was on it if it was it was very little but it had a lot of mustard and pickles on it. It was absolutely disgusting. We tried calling numerous times but there was no answer. If I could give this 0 stars I would because I will not go back to this location ever again. I live in Mandarin but will definitely make the drive to other locations elsewhere than ever come back to this location. Honestly after tonight I doubt I’ll go to any Jersey Mike’s for awhile. If you choose to order at this location everyone should open your bag and check your food on the counter before you leave which you shouldn’t have to do in the first place but I seriously advise you do so for this location.

Update :Reached out to corporate and was told I will be contacted by the local manager or owner. I am still waiting. I will not be back to this location. Unbelievable. Customer no service.Very crowded and only two girls working. One was manning the grill and the other was making the subs. Then, one had to run the register. I used my reward points for a free regular sub and when checking out, the register took off my points but my bill still seemed high. I checked the receipt and realized I was charged for the free sub. It took forever for the girls to figure out what happened and how to fix it. Initially, they tried to say that the free sub wasn't on the bill, but when I realized my total was almost $40, I knew something was wrong. I finally got refunded for one sub but still left wondering why I still paid so much for three hot subs. I checked the receipt again and saw that I was charged for 4 sandwiches. I only ordered 3. I evidently paid for something I never got. I was told I'd get my points refunded back as well and nothing. I reached out to the owner yesterday and have not heard anything back. The sandwich was decent but definitely not worth the money. I was refunded on a cheaper sub as well, obviously not the hot subs that was what I originally ordered. The whole experience was messed up. So much for my "free" reward.

The people working here this morning where not friendly at all..they looked as though they lost there best friend..When trying to communicate they where just not service oriented people..I would not recommend going here..

I used to really like this place but honestly with paying $14.66 for a regular sub with chips and a small drink, is absolutely insane for the quality of the meats they have. I will not do lunch here again.

Wait time for my visit was quick and smooth. The establishment is clean and was decorated with a holiday theme. Employees are courteous and professional. Pleased to have joined the rewards application and used some of my points towards a regular cheesesteak sandwich! Can't wait to use more points towards another delicious sandwich!

Well, I was looking forward to my tuna sandwich tonight, from what was my favorite sandwich shop! Not anymore! My husband just brought it home from the store, about 1/4 mile from my house. When I opened it up, it was a sloppy mess! I wouldn’t serve this to my own mother, let alone have this served to me. What a disgrace! The sandwich tuna filling was hardly between the bun/hoagie, it was all in the wrapper and around the sandwich! A sloppy mess. You couldn’t even pick it up because the filling had squished out and had soaked the bread in a gooey mess.
I expected better quality from Jersey Mike’s than this……and through the years always did, until now. If this is the ‘quality’ we are now to expect, I wont be returning to them. For the prices we have to pay for things these days, the pride of the job in the workplace, is certainly not being upheld.
