The bread on my sub was not as good as the one in Wayland mass there you get a real good bread here in jacksonvillits mehh too bad can’t get the same bread as in Wayland every thing is beater in Massachusetts lol suggestion to the owner in Jacksonville invest in a real good bread yours too soggy a real good bread should be crispy on the outside and chewy inside

Beyond Disappointed - Jersey Mike's Subs at 13423 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32246
Ordered the Giant Philly Cheese Steak (#17) for takeout — $17.95 plus $6 for extra meat, totaling $23.95. If that was “double meat,” I’d hate to see the regular. The meat was dry, and there were barely any grilled onions, peppers, or cheese. It was completely flavorless — even ketchup couldn’t save it.
I live 20–25 minutes away, so I didn’t return that night. Called the next day — no manager. Called again — the manager said nothing could be done since I didn’t still have the sandwich. I submitted a complaint through the corporate site and never heard back. Not even a basic apology.
I’m tired of overpaying for mediocre food and getting zero accountability. This used to be a reliable spot, but sadly, it feels like poor quality and poor service are the new normal at Jersey Mike’s.

We ordered #16 online, at pick up verified the bag tag’s name and #16 order, and brought home to find upon removing the hot sub that we received a #17 instead. The sub was delicious, but not what we ordered.

Jersey mikes, policy does not allow, beards. I go in the manager has a beard, the employee putting the toppings on has a beard. No I don’t want someone’s beard hair in my food. I mentioned it to the employee, he replied, we refuse service, you can leave. Ok I’ll file a complaint with the health department and Jersey Miles corporate office. If you want rude service, come to this location.
