This has been my second experience at this Jersey Mikes. The first time the worker made me a chicken philly sandwich even though I asked for the bowl. He then had to scrape the items into a bowl however he added lettuce. A few days ago, I decided to order online and ordered two bowls. They didn't put any lettuce. Just dumped the chicken and cheese and I paid over $20 for this nonsense. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I got home. My husband said it looks like cat food. I have a picture to show what it looks like.

Extremely slow. About 20-25 mins for a hot sub.

I used to go here about once a month. A few weeks ago, there were two workers making phone/online orders and no one available to take orders at the counter. I stood at the counter for five minutes without acknowledgement from anyone and then left. During previous visits this year, I've experienced workers being standoffish if not outright rude, and a general lack of manning or super inefficient operation. I'm unlikely to return to this location.

Outstanding service on Christmas Eve

I can’t say enough good things about the two gentlemen working at closing time on Christmas Eve. The store still had a line of customers and to-go orders to fill yet they remained incredibly friendly, calm, and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible without missing a beat as I stood and watched.

I ordered pick up and was in a rush, my order was running late and I explained that I was desperately trying to get a sandwich to my daughter before she had to leave for her night shift at the hospital. Without hesitation, they quickly finished preparing her sandwich and sent me on my way with such kindness and understanding.

Because of them, I made it home with just five minutes to spare before she left for work. Their professionalism, compassion, and cool demeanor during a last-minute rush about 10 minutes before closing truly stood out.

These are exactly the kind of employees you want running your business. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have them. Thank you both for being so cool, friendly, and calm during the holiday rush. I appreciate you!

I placed an order through Uber Eats. My sandwich again at this location had barely any meat snd my $3.00 drink was not included. Then I called to speak to the manager Jaran to let him know. He claimed to be the manager but no way someone as rude and unprofessional could be the manager. I basically paid $12.00 for some bread. Never ordering from this location again

This store has gone downhill incredibly! They seem to get our order wrong every time. This time I called and the manager asked what do you want him to do about it.With a horrible attitude and very rude. Avoid this store!

The guy who made my sandwich was nice enough but the turkey was sliced so thin it was comical. When I got home it had very little taste to it. Never had that at other JM locations. Very disappointing.

I’ve spent a lot of money at this location over the past year and I’ve been far more patient than most customers would ever be but this place has completely gone downhill. The wait times are awful now, the orders are wrong more often than they’re right, and the customer service is just plain bad. I was even told I’d get a gift card in the mail for one of their mistakes but it never showed up.

I’ve even found plastic in the deli meat before which says a lot about how little care goes into the food and operations here. I kept giving them chance after chance hoping things would improve but they never did. It’s just not worth it anymore.

Might have been my first Jersey Mike's sub. My husband ordered it. I was going to ask if cold subs can be made warm. I had a roast beef and cheese, which was fine cold. Just wondering. Thanks!

This is the cleanest restaurant I have seen in a long time in Jacksonville, the employees greet you when you come through the door, and very friendly with a smile!!!
