This is the cleanest restaurant I have seen in a long time in Jacksonville, the employees greet you when you come through the door, and very friendly with a smile!!!

2 employees working were very unfriendly. Waited 15 minutes before we were even greeted. The entire time they were making remarks about not getting out on time (it was 815, they close at 9). Certainly not concerned with customer service. Refused to heat bacon on the grill for the customer right behind me. If I knew where another location was close by I Certainly would have left and went there.
I called in a sub in a tub around 3:30pm today and the young man that took my order was so pleasant. Got to the store around 4. They were a lil busy but they were still very friendly and took care of everyone with a smile. The lady with the glasses must have been a manager bc she very much carried herself like one. I didn't expect anything free due to the wait but she insisted. Thank you for that. After a very very hard day, it was nice to have a kind gesture. There was another young man with glasses that was on his second day of work, he was very patient and did very well while under the pressure of being busy. Keep up the good work. The young man that fixed my sub in a tub was the same man that took my call in. He made it VERY well. The right amount of every ingredient, and he cut my banana peppers up☺️ thank you so much for that. He had a very calming spirit and a positive aura that made you just want to smile. My food was excellent. Most ppl do not understand that when preparing someones food, you have to do it with positive energy because it reflects in the outcome of the food. Thank you so much young man. I enjoyed it. Gotta get him to make it every time I come. There was another worker that came in but I could tell her energy was BAD. She walked in, didn't smile when customers looked at her, and when the other employees said hi to her, she said nothing and kept walking with an ugly frown on her face. I'm glad she was not there when my food was being prepared. I was going to post a pic but that good didn't even make it out of the parking lot lol

Amazing Sandwiches and Fantastic Service!
This place is great and always consistently having great food! The bread is always fresh, and their Ham and Cheese sub is my favorite on the menu– perfectly toasted and loaded with flavor.
The store is spotless, and the staff is professional and courteous. Even during the lunch rush, the service is quick and efficient. The shop makes it a great spot to grab a bite, whether you're on the go or dining in.
Highly recommend giving this place a try – I’ll definitely be back!

Super clean space and the staff was awesome, I didn’t catch their names but the girl with honey blonde hair and the guy with longer hair were so kind and honored something that they didn’t have to! Made for a great experience, thank you!!
