I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have so much fun ordering a $20 sandwich that skimped on the bland meat and was a runny mess of grease and processed cheese. High prices and cheap, skimpy ingredients. Won’t go back

Compared to other locations this one uses the least amount of meat out of all the locations I’ve visited and I’ve been to a lot. I mean it’s RIDICULOUS! We’re talking about a $20 sandwich. SMH You pretty much sold me a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Definitely the WORST location out there.

Got two subs. Bread was very stale and chicken Philly meat was scarce. I called to let the manager know and was told I could bring the subs back up and get them remade the next day. Why would I KEEP THE STALE SANDWHICH intended for dinner FOR PROOF that u didn’t like it, until the next day to get it remade? That was insulting considering the fact that you are throwing it away once I show you the old sandwhich. You aren’t giving me any incentive for being inconvenienced! At the least I should’ve been given a discount on a new sub. I live 20 minutes from oakleaf. Poor customer service.

Jersey mikes is not my cup of tea. The meat is poor. It tastes like nothing. Can’t believe I wasted 20 dollars on this mess. I fed half of the sandwich to the ducks outside of my backyard.

Staff was very unwelcoming, the girl who was working tonight had an attitude on her the whole time. She was rude! It wasn’t the cleanest place either.

I placed an online order and proceeded to the store for pickup. There was a customer ahead of me who kindly allowed me to go ahead, so I informed him that I was there to pick up an order and waited near the register.I noticed a woman worker with red locs making eye contact with me as I said this while she was organizing other pickup orders. Instead of inquiring about my order, she gathered receipts and headed to the grill to prepare the orders.I commend the young man who minutes later, amidst assisting another customer with their order, took the initiative to ask if I was there for a pickup - a gesture that the young lady could have demonstrated while she was by the to go bags that were lined up on their back counter.I have been a loyal customer at this location for years, but I have observed a decline in customer service. The staff members, particularly the women, appear to have unfriendly attitudes and lack appreciation for their customers. Unfortunately, this visit will be my last despite the consistently good quality of their food.

Shout out to Jersey Mike's in Oakleaf tonight. Argyle elementary had a spirit night and their crew and food was phenomenal!! Manager was awesome and every single employee (at least 6) wanted to be there and were all working hard and all smiling. For the amount of people in line they were very fast and accurate!!!
