Go to a different store. New kids have no idea how to make a customer satisfied or supply quality food. Smh

Decided to have a splurge day with chickrn philly! It was delicious 😋 The crew is always nice!

Food is very good, I had an issue with a forgotten item in my order.
They referred me to the Regional Manager who got me refunded and set me up for a sandwich.

I appreciate the kind and responsive service this chain provided to me.

Very slow when they brought my food out didn’t give me a drink I had to go inside and get a drink after I ordered curb side and when I went inside they gave dirty looks and attitude

One of the worst experiences with the ladies working. Between the rudeness of the staff and rush to pay for your food before it is even made, don’t even waste your time. Take your business to a different location.

Customer service was absolutely ridiculous! I placed an online order ahead of time for 2 subs. Got there waited an hour and they still had not even started our food. I asked for my money back because my 3 year old and 6 month old were done waiting and we just wanted to go home. I was told by the female cooking she was too busy to give money back. I told her she was going to give me my money back and she told me no. Finally, one of the other guys gave me my money back. They refused to give me the girl's name so I could make a complaint against the right person. Customer service is unacceptable and will not be returning.

I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have so much fun ordering a $20 sandwich that skimped on the bland meat and was a runny mess of grease and processed cheese. High prices and cheap, skimpy ingredients. Won’t go back

Compared to other locations this one uses the least amount of meat out of all the locations I’ve visited and I’ve been to a lot. I mean it’s RIDICULOUS! We’re talking about a $20 sandwich. SMH You pretty much sold me a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Definitely the WORST location out there.

Got two subs. Bread was very stale and chicken Philly meat was scarce. I called to let the manager know and was told I could bring the subs back up and get them remade the next day. Why would I KEEP THE STALE SANDWHICH intended for dinner FOR PROOF that u didn’t like it, until the next day to get it remade? That was insulting considering the fact that you are throwing it away once I show you the old sandwhich. You aren’t giving me any incentive for being inconvenienced! At the least I should’ve been given a discount on a new sub. I live 20 minutes from oakleaf. Poor customer service.

Jersey mikes is not my cup of tea. The meat is poor. It tastes like nothing. Can’t believe I wasted 20 dollars on this mess. I fed half of the sandwich to the ducks outside of my backyard.
