While Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop, I have to say this location has basically ruined it for me. I walked in at 12:30. Not one customer in the building. Walk right up to where you tell them what you want and was barely greeted. The two guys working were clearly working on an online order. I stood there until the uncomfortable silence and horrible Christmas music (that not everyone wants to hear) was too much to bare. I jist walked out. Nobody said a word. Will not spend another penny at this location. If you wamt terrible service amd Christmas music that's played far too loud, this is your spot!

This review isn't a reflection of the business itself but of the Building it exists in. The Jimmy Hula's that existed next to it was discovered to be absolutely infested with roaches. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat at another establishment that exists in this building because Lord knows those critters had to go somewhere when Jimmy Hula's closed up shop. Demo It!

Its 8:29 pm. 10 mins ago we came here to get food and the 2 girls working said they were closed. Multiple cars were pulling up as we were leaving. Wonder if the owner knows they're losing business due to workers closing that early.

Very clean and friendly staff! Love the gluten-free bread option and the veggie version when I'm gluten-free and vegan!

Place jalapeño peppers that I didn't ask for. Couldn't be removed by them. Sorry experience. Do not go here.

After messaging corporate two weeks ago. With no response . I cannot review this place low enough. Do not waste your money, time or effort. Literally anywhere would be better. While what subs we received were okay. They shorted us almost $30 with of subs. I will not return here, And I highly suggest for freshness, flavor and accuracy that you order from anywhere else. Really. anywhere. This place should close and make way for a reputable establishment.

I picked up my order and asked Chester for a cup of water. He first said, “we don’t have it,” and then said I’d have to buy a cup for three dollars. I never refused to buy it, but his attitude was very disrespectful and made it seem like he just didn’t want to help. I won’t be coming back to this location because of him. I ended up going to Panera Bread next door to get my water, which was very embarrassing for your store. The management really needs to train employees on how to treat customers with respect.

They shorted me on my delivery order of my mini cookies 😫. And won’t answer the phone. I want my cookies!! And if I have to come to the store to get them, I want a refund for the delivery fee!! $5 fee and can’t get the order right.

Usually when I come in it’s quick and easy with friendly faces to greet me and say goodbye. This evening I went in there for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready @ 7:57 and didn’t leave until 8:30🤬🤬. The ladies working this evening were not rude but their service was terrible. I watched at least 3 people that walked in after me pick up orders and leave before me. Perhaps they were short staffed and just didn’t have the help to offer speedy services, cool. They didn’t offer me a drink or a bag of chips or a cookie. They didn’t even say we apologize for the hold up, they looked like they hated their jobs and lives but I don’t give a crap. Especially not after spending upwards of 30 bucks for two sandwiches that were preordered. Jersey mikes has been one of my favorite sandwich shops in the past, but considering the fact that this location is my closest, it will probably be a good while before I visit them again. I hope yall deal with the employees treating customers like I experienced tonight. The ratings at this location already suck.

Why offer your food/services through Uber Eats if you will not honor the apps promotions? Lied and said they couldn't make a turkey sandwich because of a recall. I asked for chicken as a replacement and they told me ham was my only option. I asked if I could purchase the chicken one and they ignored that and pushed the ham. Terrible customer service and just liars.

Go to a different store. New kids have no idea how to make a customer satisfied or supply quality food. Smh

Decided to have a splurge day with chickrn philly! It was delicious 😋 The crew is always nice!
