I wasn't going to say anything about the dude trying to overcharge me but after I got home and my sandwich wasnt even on the right bread I kinda had to. Good thing I tipped. I like spending even more money on something I don't want lol. I love Jersey Mikes and go once every week if I can but I definitely wont be back to this location again.

Welcome to Jerky Mike's, if you want to be treated as sub human without the common decencies you've grown up to expect. Want to buy a sub? plan on $12-20 but please don't expect a cheap Dixie cup for water from their vending machine, you'll pay for that cup even if you just handed them premium fees for their average sub loaded with cheese mayonnaise and whatever meat you chose. Please enjoy the napkins, they may start charging you next time you visit. Want to use the bathroom? nope, that out of order their premiums wont cover a plumber. Please, spare your wallet, visit somewhere else where basic humanity exists, water is free unless you want it in a bottle and you can take use the restroom during your visit.

This location stole my money and canceled my order. I have given them 3 weeks to rectify the situation, and have spoken to the regional manager. I will continue to frequent Jersey Mike's locations not owned by Drew Maider. I requested to have him contact me, but that is not an option.
The employee at their store clearly told me that she personally canceled my order. The managers claim that the delivery company did and that is where the fraud lies. However, when I called the store, the employee that answered told me my name, the order, and the delivery location. She continued to state "oh, I am the one that canceled that because our store isn't on Park street." Park street was the address for delivery. The tip and full amount of my order was still charged. I never received food or refund.

This place was amazing, my son was just diagnosed with Celiac disease he’s 9 and we haven’t been able to find a lot of places with gluten free options that he likes. But he loved it & the employees that helped us last night were amazing. They made sure to have his bread on a totally different tray. We really appreciate this 💚 He said “ oh we’re going back to that place again”. Lol

Staff service was Top-Knotch! They were very accommodating to my dietary needs and took them very seriously, which I absolutely appreciate. It means a lot. Great job!

Won't be going back to this location. Love their Philly but today got melted plastic in my sub and the guy behind the counter it telling me it's just lettuce. Never once apologized. Did eventually get a refund but still never an I'm sorry my bad literally anything

The entire staff were welcoming and pleasantly kind. Everyone and I mean everyone spoke when I entered the store. This was exceptional. I'm 61 and love seeing young men and women conducting themselves professionally. Please pass this message on to them. They put a smile on my face and in my heart. Great services provided. Keep up the good work!

I like Subway. I like Larry's Giant Subs. But for a Philly Cheesesteak . . . no one does it better.
