Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered the Original Italian Sub w/Bacon. Unfortunately, the server forgot to add the bacon. After remembering the total price I paid, I realized that I wasn't charged for it, so I didn't go back in to complain about it. They were also short staffed so there was a wait to order as well as to receive it. Other than those issues and no napkins placed with the sub, the sub was pretty good, a bit messy thou.

I just want to shout out Jada who works here as a shift leader!! She did an amazing job getting me out of there since I was in a rush. My sub was delicious, the energy and customer service was wonderful definitely one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations in Jacksonville!

We had such a pleasant experience at this location and our sub was amazing. Demarey had the greatest attitude, was so sweet and made our sub to perfection! We will be back absolutely!

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. The service was quick and friendly — the staff made sure everything was perfect with my order. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a sub, and I’ll be coming back again!

I started going to this one after it opened because it was a little closer to my house. Third trip the girl was rude and not really that into her job so I turned around and left, I'll stick with my regular store

The staff here is incredible! They always greet you with a smile on their face and are so friendly! Sandwiches are always made PERFECTLY! They always take the time to listen and make sure your order is correct. This location was my first ever experience with Jersey Mike’s and I’m so glad it was this one. Store is always clean and smells amazing every time you walk in!

This used to be my go to jersey mikes spot till last Friday, i saw all the girls yelling and ganging up on the only black girl working. Completely changed my opinion of this place. Even ruined the food for me.
