“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Jimmy John's on Beach Blvd and Beachwood, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me warmly and patiently guided me through the menu, as I hadn't been there in a while. His friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home.I decided to try the Bootlegger sandwich, and I was blown away by how quickly it was made and how delicious it tasted! The ingredients were fresh, the bread was very soft, and every bite was a delight.A big shoutout to Adam and his team for providing such excellent service and for making my visit memorable. I'll definitely be returning soon! Thank you for a great experience!“

“This past Wednesday I had placed an online order and immediately after that my employer decided to buy us lunch so I called to cancel and then rapidly had to place a LARGE online order and hope that it would be freakishly fast to us by our break time. “My wife and I get a sub every other Sunday. They make a great Spicy Italian however they started offering hot subs and when my wife clicked reorder on her mobile app I ended up with a hot spicy Italian which changes the taste a bit. I called the store and they offered me a new one without any hassle at all... the employees have always been very polite and courteous and that's why I'll use this store over others (or firehouse).“

“This Hendriksz Avenue location features consistently good food and their service is pretty quick and efficient.
It seems that most of their business is takeout. I'm not actually certain about that but the interior of this location is not a welcoming place to sit and enjoy a mealand feels a little bit "fast food basic"“

I think the manager's name is Hannah or Haley or something, but everytime I go in she is flying! This place is freaky fast for sure, and it's all due to her leadership. “I miss their big stores when they first came to Jax Fl. Now the remaining ones are so small, especially this location that the line to pickup the sandwiches butts right in front of the people sitting to eat. So the Atmosphere is less than appealing. While the sandwiches put even a PubSub to shame, the sizing is a bit, no very ridiculous. You have a choice of an itty bitty for the price of of double the length, medium (bread is thinner than most so not filling as a at other sandwich shops due to width is much smaller roughly 3” wide than competitors as well as thickness less than 2” and the your only other option is this ginormous sandwich that inevitably will go bad waiting to finish it if you have any olive oil, red wine vinegar, or other juicy things like pickles, jalapeños or peppers, or extra Mayo/mustard. They REALLY need to rethink the sizing and pricing options. I get the MEDIUM gets them $7.99+ or more depending sandwiches selection, but it’s not filling. Then the next size up GIANT which the cheapest your getting is $14.98+ again depending on your sandwich choice. It is just TOO much, food, cost, and not enough with again same 2” tall but claiming 16” long, and about 3 1/2” wide, which wastes food, costs more to get full but paying A LOT to have a great sandwich, but ultimately won’t be finished. HOW ABOUT ADDING A 12” so people can still have your delicious sandwiches, be able to be full, not have to waste money and food in order to obtain being full.“

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to fish and fish products and I don’t eat pork. This restaurant was able to accommodate me with other food items and at a reasonable price.

Parking: The location is in a shopping plaza. So there is adequate parking if you Patronize the store during peak hours.

Kid-friendliness: All of the staff is friendly to all customers no matter if there is a disability, nationality or sex. Kudos to this staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: There aren’t automatic doors but with assistance an individual with a disability can easily enter the store.“

“Accidentally placed a delivery right before closing; sorry, forgot to check! The next day, before I could even remember to call and have the charge cancelled, they had already made and delivered my order to my front door. Absolutely amazing customer service from them despite the fault being on my end.“
