Very disappointed.Its kind of expensive for a very small sub .An uncharge for cheese is crazy .The sub is very dry .It's my first and last experience there unless they are giving a way free food . I prefer firehouse or subway where I can dress the sub with a lot of ingredients and pay the same and get more for my money .Its just convenient if you work downtown

The lady with the star tattoo on her right forearm was super nice and helpful :) working on 6/4 around 3 pm. It's refreshing to have a good experience in a fast casual dining restaurant because now a days it's hard to find! She deserves a raise bc she's so nice

Just wanted to take a moment and recognize a young lady. I believe her name was Alani. There was a blind gentleman lost and having trouble. She came and assisted him to the nearby business he needed to visit. It's nice to see people doing the right thing. Congratulations on having a stellar employee and person, and thank you to her as well.

Vegetarian options: Vegetables and meatless options are available
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to fish and fish products and I don’t eat pork. This restaurant was able to accommodate me with other food items and at a reasonable price.
Parking: The location is in a shopping plaza. So there is adequate parking if you Patronize the store during peak hours.
Kid-friendliness: All of the staff is friendly to all customers no matter if there is a disability, nationality or sex. Kudos to this staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: There aren’t automatic doors but with assistance an individual with a disability can easily enter the store.

Before we walked in one of the workers the smoking a cigarette. I will never understand why establishments do not ensure that the workers sanitize themselves before preparing foo. We didn't purchase anything.

The new BBQ ranch chicken sub was pretty good. The new premium side potato salad was a proportioned, prepackaged item. It seemed really, really sweet... Like sugary sweet I didn't finish it, it just kept building.... If you have the app and are a rewards member, they are previewing the dill pickle flavored chips, which were fantastic... As long as you like pickle flavored stuff... :-)
