The new BBQ ranch chicken sub was pretty good. The new premium side potato salad was a proportioned, prepackaged item. It seemed really, really sweet... Like sugary sweet I didn't finish it, it just kept building.... If you have the app and are a rewards member, they are previewing the dill pickle flavored chips, which were fantastic... As long as you like pickle flavored stuff... :-)

I order through Doordash and it was 20 minutes later than estimated arrival. On top of that we didn't get our drinks and got an extra sandwich. I called the store to ask for my money back on the drinks and was told my only option was to get it delivered or come pick them up.Never ordering from here again!

First time I had eaten Jimmy John's , my son had an eye appointment and he wanted to buy me lunch. I ordered Big John, I was disappointed it only had 2 pieces of roast beef on it and I was charged for the provolone cheese. At least my son enjoyed his chicken wrap, my lunch was 2 pieces of roast beef on a french roll! We spent more than $25 on two sandwiches and drinks. I'll Never waste money there again. The staff was nice but said they could only put that amount on it??

I ordered my meal at 12:29 today. It arrived at 3:08. About 1/3 of my drink had spilled out. When I got halfway through eating my tuna fish sandwich, I bit into something that tasted awful bad. I would assume that tuna fish sat on the counter, not refrigerated for nearly 3 hours. When I called the store, someone answered, but put me on eternal hold. I called back, several times, but it just rang forever. I paid for food I couldn't eat, and a drink that I didn't get all of. Unbelievable.

The sandwich is good but the delivery is so slow… I work right down the street downtown and it took over an hour to get my food. I’d rather make my own food and pay a fraction and eat when I want than to pay for an already expensive sandwich that shows up more than an hour after I ordered it.

The service is horrible. They refused to make my sandwich after I paid and asked 2x. Two workers possibly even a manager talked amongst themselves as I hadn't said anything. I finally asked for a refund and they were happy to oblige instead of preparing the food.This place is hit or miss depending on who's working that shift.
This is the second time that I've had a horrible experience with their delivery service. It's been more than an hour from placing my order to the time it gets delivered. When I called the store to check on the status of my order, I get that it's 'just left with a driver' but I don't see the driver for another 30 minutes. There's absolutely no communication regarding the anticipation of a delay. The "manager" gives a long explanation for the drivers being inexperienced, not knowing the area, etc., which I understand and would be more receptive to these 'learning curves' if they'd do a better job of managing customer expectations. 2 stars because the sandwiches are still great! Just not freaky fast!

They deliver to my job and any time it's been slightly wrong (ice in my drink when I order it without ice) they have offered to replace it or fix it. Otherwise, all their delivery drivers are nice and food is usually here within an hour. I have had to wait over an hour but they have always apologized. (The whole world is short-staffed, being compassionate & empathic is free). I order from them multiple times a week as an 8-5-er. Us gals at Big D appreciate yall very much!
