Is anyone going to address the multiple complaints of how not “Freaky Fast” this place is? You’re losing business with how slow this place is. I go to the Riverside location and it gets people around the drive thru with no issue.
Don’t respond to this with “Contact us to tell us what happened”. I and many others have told you what the issue is. 3 people making sandwiches with a couple of people dining inside.

I love their sandwiches, they don't load them with unnecessary things, so you get good fresh flavors, their bread doesn't get soggy and they're always really fast.

Ordered the beach club which has always been my favorite because of how much of the avocado spread would come in it. This literally looked like the did a quick squirt. Very disappointing.

Food was fine, but drive thru is criminally slow. Been here a few times and have never left earlier than 10 minutes. The outside building is infested with spiders so that makes for a pretty disgusting view while you wait.

My wife and I get a sub every other Sunday. They make a great Spicy Italian however they started offering hot subs and when my wife clicked reorder on her mobile app I ended up with a hot spicy Italian which changes the taste a bit. I called the store and they offered me a new one without any hassle at all... the employees have always been very polite and courteous and that's why I'll use this store over others (or firehouse).
We ate in the dining area. The architecture of the building is horrible. High ceilings with exposed vents and rafters makes for echos. The loud AC, the loud music and the voices of the workers echoed causing such a cacophony that my husband and I couldn't hear each other. I gave it two stars because it was clean and well litThe sandwich was kind of tasteless. The service was friendly and quick and accurate

"Freakishly Fast" they used to be, We would order from them and you could set your watch to having your food within 10 minutes. The last 4 orders, they averaging 50 min for a delivery from a store that is less than 1 mile from my house. This last order at the 1 hour mark, I called the store to find out where my order was. I was told that the church rush started and they haven't even started to make my order an hour after placing it. But don't worry, my order is the first they will try to get to sometime soon. To make it worse, most orders have something wrong with them, missing added bacon, not cut in half, wrong sub totally, etc. Last order the driver literally drove through our wet front yard almost getting stuck. This place has gone terribly down from what it used to be.
