Luke is a standout employee from this establishment. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and in this store. Food was fresh and delicious. I have never been a JJ fan until I entered this location and tried their product, topped off with stellar customer service. That is hard to come by these days.

Very good service. I gave 2 ⭐⭐ for the food because the portion sizes have gotten much smaller since the last time I was there a couple years ago. I guess the high inflation hit the supply side as well.
Food is great. Please stop charging my free combos, as the website advertises after 2pm, as individual items. $30.80 for two combos. I think this is the second or so time. Last time would have been several months ago.

Is anyone going to address the multiple complaints of how not “Freaky Fast” this place is? You’re losing business with how slow this place is. I go to the Riverside location and it gets people around the drive thru with no issue.
Don’t respond to this with “Contact us to tell us what happened”. I and many others have told you what the issue is. 3 people making sandwiches with a couple of people dining inside.
