I enjoyed the Subs and cookies and my friend loved it! He definitely enjoyed the little sugar cookie and I enjoyed the chocolate chunk cookie. Definitely would recommend this place they got our order just right! ❤

It was pretty quick, I loved the lettuce bacon sub and being this was my friend's first time coming here, he wanted to try it out.

I would say he enjoyed it as much as I did.

Love Jimmy John’s but app was down so called in my order instead to the Bartram park location - confirmed the number was correct with the girl working Friday night 7/11/25 (it showed on her iPad screen), she refused to make my sandwich as she said she did not answer my call as she thought another location was called instead even though my number popped up on her screen as a recent call. I’ve never received such bad service, especially for an easy sandwich order.

The a/c has been broken for over a month and the employees are still in there killing it with a great attitude. The owner/manager or whoever is in charge of building repairs should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. This is Summer in Florida and you’ve been letting employees bake in that restaurant for over a month. They have a tiny floor unit being held together with tape and it is not sufficient. They all deserve raises and bonuses, it’s a miracle they were able to crack a smile. They have a “now hiring” sign up while they can’t afford to fix the a/c. What a joke.

Every JJ I have been to would let me substitute turkey, ham, or anything for the salami on the Italian sub. I have acid reflux and can’t really eat it. This jimmy johns however said they could remove it but were going to charge me if I replaced it with anything. So I walked out. Looks like they lost a customer. It’s not like JJ wasn’t struggling to keep customers already with Jersey Mike’s, Firehouse subs, and Publix subs already being better

I have been to many Jimmy John's locations, but this location is primo!! They treated me like I was straight royalty!! The professionalism of the management is excellent. They understand true customer service.

I always come by here for lunch and they never disappoint!

Went there today to order a tuna sub with everything on it add jalapeños and toasted. The the cashier know I requested it to be toasted with jalapenos and ignore more request. The manager there made my sub and when I got to my car I checked my sub was cold and no jalapenos as I requested. I came back into the store for a remake and the manager was very unprofessional and gave me an attitude because my order was not made correctly. As my order was being prepared she requested for the old subs back which I pass it to her kindly. When my order was done she slammed my subs down and dropped the other one on the floor and didn’t say sorry or even offer to pick it up or remake it after it fell on the floor! Unacceptable worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ! I do not recommend this place! If the customer service is horrible imagine how they’re treating your food service..? My sub fell on the floor yes in rapper but it’s the fact she threw it on the counter so hard it slide right on the floor. Very rude! That staff need ti be replaced . Warning ⛔️

I miss their big stores when they first came to Jax Fl. Now the remaining ones are so small, especially this location that the line to pickup the sandwiches butts right in front of the people sitting to eat. So the Atmosphere is less than appealing. While the sandwiches put even a PubSub to shame, the sizing is a bit, no very ridiculous. You have a choice of an itty bitty for the price of of double the length, medium (bread is thinner than most so not filling as a at other sandwich shops due to width is much smaller roughly 3” wide than competitors as well as thickness less than 2” and the your only other option is this ginormous sandwich that inevitably will go bad waiting to finish it if you have any olive oil, red wine vinegar, or other juicy things like pickles, jalapeños or peppers, or extra Mayo/mustard. They REALLY need to rethink the sizing and pricing options. I get the MEDIUM gets them $7.99+ or more depending sandwiches selection, but it’s not filling. Then the next size up GIANT which the cheapest your getting is $14.98+ again depending on your sandwich choice. It is just TOO much, food, cost, and not enough with again same 2” tall but claiming 16” long, and about 3 1/2” wide, which wastes food, costs more to get full but paying A LOT to have a great sandwich, but ultimately won’t be finished. HOW ABOUT ADDING A 12” so people can still have your delicious sandwiches, be able to be full, not have to waste money and food in order to obtain being full.

Ordered a turkey and cheese wrap, staff was rude, would not add cheddar cheese to the wrap and they charged me over 5 dollars for one slice of turkey and one piece of provolone cheese

I came in to order three sandwiches and Vanessa at this location was above and beyond helpful and extremely professional! The food she made was picture perfect. She was in there alone and still managed to give me exceptional service but was nice and more than happy to accommodate my specific orders. Thank you JJ & Vanessa!
