Just ordered from here a few minutes ago for the first time. The lady that took my order was so nice. I live in an apartment and asked if the delivery driver could just place at my door and do not knock as it would upset my dogs. They followed my request prefect. We will be ordering from here again. This review is related to ownership/management because of the ridiculous delivery fee change this store recently made. For two sandwiches its $4.75 before tip. Absolute robbery. I was a 3 - 4 times per week customer now they've lost my business.EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: I already left a complaint through Jimmy Johns and they confirmed the franchisee determines the delivery fee so the owner is the one screwing their customers who choose delivery. Btw since my first post delivery is now $6 for a combo and one additional sandwich before tip. ROBBERY.

It's hard to go wrong with a Jimmy John's but this location is frustrating as sandwiches aren't consistently made based on what's on the ticket, i.e sandwiches made wrong, cut in half when not specified, etc. Training needs to be a focus especially with a jersey mikes and other options within walking distance.
I visit this location often picking up sandwiches for the work crew. They know me by name and always greet me by name / have my food ready to go in a box making it quick and easy. Out of dozens of trips, they've never missed anything on our orders. One of the best Jimmy John's I've been to!
