The Ultimate Italian is the best Italian Sub Ive had. The store is always spotless, staff always friendly, food is consistently made (nothing worse than your food tasting different at other locations or cold when you frequent a restaurant) and they are fast. I been to 3 or 4 different JJs and its always consistent. This is how you get repeat customers.

Paid for extra meat did not get extra meat I'm allergic to onions and asked for no onions on one sub and pickles on the other and no pickles so i paid for 2 subs for one person because i cant eat it also put in cut subs in half and that didn't get done. extra 7$ for meat that we didn't get how do you get a online order wrong would like a refund I didn't order a BLT

I just walked out with my money back. Poor sandwich maker, white girl with glasses made my sandwich wrong 3 times, then lied about the toaster “that can’t stop it earlier”. I don’t like fake people

I placed a mobile order and asked for extra onions however I got only a few pieces of onion. I never had this type of experience at JJ before. I will never come back to this location!! Sandwich is significantly smaller than the rest of the locations. I normally only consume half and eat the rest on the next day. I guess they are trying to reduce their expense.
