I will start with that I usually like this location. However today, I used a reward in my account. The person in the drive thru asked for the order confirmation and number, which was provided multiple times after they continued to say they did not have the order. Additionally, the order was missing majority of the ingredients on the sandwich. Between the attitude, service and incorrect order, I’m really hesitant to give this location any more of my business.

Always a great experience at Jimmy John’s. The team is consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming. Customer service tonight was top notch — attentive, upbeat, and genuinely thoughtful. As always, the service was freaky fast without sacrificing quality.

When a customer asks for no siraccha sauce on a sandwich that is not code for put on a whole bunch. It over powered and made the sandwich inedible and a waste of money.

Getting delivery though JJ’s mobile app is just ridiculous when you have to call the store for status updates because the app doesn’t work and then when you call the store no one knows what is really going on. 2 different answers from 2 different people. SMH do better!!
My wife and I have been going here for over 10 years. Services is always fast and the food is exceptional. The staff is always very friendly. We have never had a bad experience here. I recommend this location.

I ordered through DoorDash, there were no drivers available but the lady at the store worked a solution with me. I didn’t get her name but she has blonde hair. She was very friendly and helpful and most importantly I got my amazing sandwich! Thank you !!!

Very unsatisfactory and probably one of the worst Jimmy Johns I have been to in a long whileI am the sort of person that hates having to eat fast food or "out". When I do I try to go somewhere with quality fresh, healthy, and tasty food. For this reason I often go to Jimmy Johns.[FOOD]- BREAD: I love Jimmy Johns bread. It's Super fresh, soft and tasty. Unfortunately this restaurants bread was hard, stale, and pretty flavorless. See the video you can hear how hard the bread is as I knock it with my knuckles. Additionally it was really small/thin (see image)- ROAST BEEF: The second reason I love Jimmy Johns. The beef is usually good quality cooked to a slightly rare perfection. The roast beef I got was a bit old looking and overcooked brown (see images).- LETTUCE: Wilted and soggy not crisp and freshly cut.- PEPPER and SALT: The sandwich was overpowered with pepper and salt fully taking over the taste of the sandwich.[SERVICE]No frills here. The part that upset me the most is she took my order and then never asked how I wanted my sandwich. She just took my money then went behind the WALL to make my sandwich. That's right a wall, I could not even see my sandwich being made. By the time the finished product was completed my sandwich was made completely their way (full of Mayo instead of mustard). I would have at least liked to pick the sauce and condiments.[OVERALL]Overall I would have preferred a sandwich at Subway....and that's saying something. The main reason we pay more for Jimmy Johns is the quality of the ingredients, take that away and you may as well go to subway. Don't blame all Jimmy Johns by the quality of this store.
