I come for lunch to get the picklewich and enjoyed it! The employees were very friendly and seemed to happy working there. I was greeted when I came in and they gave me good suggestions. I’d definitely come back!

Service was good but the Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch was more like a Toasted Chicken Ranch. There seemed to be one thin strip of bacon on the whole sandwich. The toasted bun is a nice touch but the bacon should be crispy and more abundant. If I ate it with a blindfold on, I would never guess it had bacon on it.

Food is always good. However the last 2 times I’ve come through this drive thru “Justin” (I’m assuming bc that’s the “order taker’s” name was on my receipt) that guy always makes me feel so awkward, this time when I gave my number for rewards he said “I’ll call you later” I DONT WANT YOU TO PLEASE DONT and then when I get to the window and ask if they have tap, (like tap to pay) he says “yeah I’d tap it” 😏 LIKE BRO NO PLEASE JUST SHUT UP AND GIVE ME MY FOOD WITHOUT HARASSING ME PLEASEEE😭😭😭

I would give them a zero if I could I pulled up and they were so rude I asked them did they have the pickle sandwich and she said no so rude over the intercom it was no welcome to jimmy johns or anything I will not be returning that’s no way to talk to a customer Y’all need to teach them how to greet the customer
