⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Jimmy John's on Beach Blvd and Beachwood, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me warmly and patiently guided me through the menu, as I hadn't been there in a while. His friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home.I decided to try the Bootlegger sandwich, and I was blown away by how quickly it was made and how delicious it tasted! The ingredients were fresh, the bread was very soft, and every bite was a delight.A big shoutout to Adam and his team for providing such excellent service and for making my visit memorable. I'll definitely be returning soon! Thank you for a great experience!

2/12/2024 ≈6:30p.m. I know it doesn't look the prettiest after I dissected it, but I wanted to show the effort that was made to make every bite of this sandwich have a meatball in it. We ordered delivery, and I wish I could find out whoever made this sandwich and give them a tip because they put so much care into making it.I believe hot sandwiches are new items for Jimmy John's (I might be wrong so don't quote me on that), but I would say the only thing I would change about the meatball sub is to make it less dry somehow (I'll try it with mayo or ask for a scoop of the sauce that it marinates it next time idk), they should really have a whole scoop of sauce on top of the Meatballs instead of letting the bread soak up what little sauce is on them. Other than that it's an amazing sandwich, just too dry for my taste. There was a restaurant called Buca Di beppo here in jacksonville that has since closed down, but the taste of the meatball tastes very similar, so if you were ever a fan of their meatballs you might like this sandwich. Thank you whoever made my sandwhich! Jimmy Johns give her/him a raise ?

Adam, Maurice and TJ were amazing! Friendly, insightful, upselling, and just down right wonderful to deal with. I haven't been in jimmy John's for a long time and they introduced me to all the new items on the menu and made wonderful suggestions. Everyone of those boys has an attitude of a leader. The best part is they loved there job. You can see it. 10/10 going back tomorrow!!

Food is always good at Jimmy John's & it is easy to order on the app for pickup. Most times your order is ready in less than 15 minutes even if they are somewhat busy.Parking: A fairly small parking lot shared by multiple businesses, but most times there are at least a couple spaces free.
I mean I would sayThe foods great most of the time but for some reason the staff was completely rude especially this girl with the spider bite piercing ,?They were rude because I forgot they had given me a potatoes salad and went to the other counter where other one of there lovely coworkers gave me other potatoes salad when I went to the cash register to pay for the second potatoe salad I was given on accident the cashier seemed very rude and made me uncomfortable and made a face at me because …. She thought I was trying to take advantage these people need to work on there employees respect they all look like they hate there jobs and don’t know how to stop staring nasty at a customer even asked for my food to be remade they sucked received a soggy sandwich,When I walked in the second time to get dinner the same girl was complaining and whispering that I was the one trying to take more food then I ordered so my whole experienced suck .
