Ordered a regular Big John. Wanted different cheese than provolone. Nope cold sandwich only has provolone. Quality of the sandwich was good. Quantity of the sandwich was a joke. Two pieces of roast beef and two pieces of provolone. I have had better sandwich from Winn-Dixie. Well I tried them, just have no intentions of being a repeat customer.

Although the staff and food was adequate, when I walked into the facility there was such a foul of putting smell that sort of hit you in the face. I mentioned it to both staff members who did not notice, it was like an ammonia chemical smell. I mean I wanted to wait outside it was so off putting. They did take my order fast and make the sandwich quickly. While waiting and continuing to smell the awful smell they both sort of acknowledged it and said it was either the mop water and/or the grease trap that was in the back which they have notified upper mgt about but has yet to be fixed. The overall cleanliness of the store is bad. I don’t think I will be back or a return customer at this store on the future despite it being in my neighborhood. I have been in this store a handful of times but this smell was just too off putting.

I have come to this location several times in the last year and every time I feel like my sandwich is getting smaller and smaller, not the actual sandwich, but the insides, they are scrimping. However, my biggest issue with this establishment is the overbearing smell of sewage EVERYTIME I come in, and it’s been like that for at least a year maybe longer. It is horrific and makes me not want to eat there, I have brought multiple people to this place with me and everyone agrees it smells so bad inside. On the outside there is a sign that says “free smells”, I would literally pay them to never smell their restaurant again.

Worst experience at a jimmy johns. There is only one person waiting for their order. Nobody else there. I had to wait while the employees finished their conversation. Several minutes. Then after I ordered I had to wait another 10 minutes.
Nobody in the store. They made about 10 to go orders ahead of mine. It took so long I decided and completed this review. I will never return to this jimmy John’s again.

After ordering on Doordash, I received a call from Brian, stating they did not have a delivery driver and asked if I wanted to wait over a hour for delivery as they didn’t have a driver until then! Reading the reviews this must be a repeat issue at this establishment! I am more than understanding of shifts and being short but there is also accountability, and a way to go about it! Essentially, Doordash was not able to refund me, but issue a credit. I as well had to wait 5-7 days for a refund from the location if I went that route. I understand that is standard. However, if they did not have their doordash on and set for delivery it would have never happened! I also was provided horrible customer service from Brian. Telling me he has customers in the store ( I am customer) and ending up hanging up on me. You should not have your doordash on if you cannot provide the services. Secondly, when I called back the second individual did not want to give me his name as he did not want to get involved. I am very taken back on the lack of respect or customer service that was not provided at this location and have requested a GM to call me! I plan to follow up, as well as get with corporate. Doordash was on the recorded line during the call with Brian, and states they are reporting the establishment on their end. I will never purchase again from this location! While I do not ever wish for someone to lose their job… I do expect there to be proper training on customer service and this ASM to be spoken to about his management skills or lack there of.

1 hr for so called freak fast delivery right down the road to a hotel. When called and asked manager about it he hung up on me. Freaky fast is false advertising and they were completly rude about it. Don't recomend this location.

Managers should be looked into by corporate for how poorly this location is ran. If the numbers don’t talk, all the reviews will. Live less than 10 minutes down the road and it takes over an hour and 1/2 for two sandwiches. Same story on the last 3 times we’ve ordered. Sad that this one location has ruined Jimmy John’s name for us. :/ Oh and manager Eddie, maybe you should step down, you might have taken a bigger role than you’re ready for..

Not freaky fast anymore since the pandemic like the guy said that works there. I had the Beach Club (make it hot) and one of their amazing pickles. ? the sandwich was so good and the pickle was worth the $3 ????☺️?

My apologies but their sandwiches are not good. No taste and no options. You can make a better sandwich at home. One word...WASTE. Service was fast though; fast nothing! The tuna is TERRIBLE!!!

Accidentally placed a delivery right before closing; sorry, forgot to check! The next day, before I could even remember to call and have the charge cancelled, they had already made and delivered my order to my front door. Absolutely amazing customer service from them despite the fault being on my end.
