I went to this place cuz I heard the hype it's a Filipino chicken place okay me and my girl stopped in to try it we were assuming okay it's going to taste like. Popeyes KFC or maybe Publix chicken I don't know but go in here and trying it it wasn't what I thought it was. It wasn't great we both got upset stomachs from eating here it could be the way they made the food but me personally I probably wouldn't go back but again it's a typical fast food chain so nothing special about it

This will be the last time my mom and I will go to this jollibee. My mom has frequently told staff beforehand make sure the chicken is actually cooked through, to avoid having an incident of raw chicken being the case when we are home. Hire people that actually know what they are doing. This location gets very busy which can be overwhelming to staff. That I can sympathize. And I completely understand with the holidays or in general, so much catering is being made for people on top of regular ones, it can be a change of how orders have to be transactioned like one way drive thru and another inside and it can be stressful on staff, however raw chicken, is unacceptable and even lethal.. but that isn't new news cause anybody in food service knows this. My mom would have to re-fry the chicken herself. and this isn't the first time raw chicken was given to us from our drive thru orders. We often don't even go to Jollibee anyway but it's disappointing that it's been negative experiences to keep giving grace. Management do better cause it seems it isn't getting there. Care about how your food goes out and do not just rush. We would rather wait longer for cooked food than raw.

My daughter wanted to try Jollibee from videos she has seen on YouTube. I googled Jollibee and found out there was one located here in town. I decided I would take her out on a special date since school was out for Christmas break. We drove over 30 minutes to get to the location to stand in line for 20-25 minutes just to hear about the long selection of food they didn't have. The food that we were able to order was good, but the line was wayyyyyy to long. We originally went there to get a bucket of ChickenJoy, spaghetti and Peach mango pie,but they didn't have the regular/original Chickenjoy or the Peach mango pie what a disappointment 🙄👌🏿. Mind you it is 5:15pm. Not to mention we waited 30 additional minutes just to get OUR FOOD!!!
I passed at least 20 fried chicken restaurants or more just to come there to hear that they were out of the ChickenJoy, like you really can't go and fry some more chicken?!? What was the oven down to where you couldn't even try to put any more peach mango pies in the oven? Plus it's not an inexpensive place. You must have $$ to even think about eating at Jollibee.

The best spicy fried chicken and jollibee branch so far!! I tried Miami branch but their Chicken was far from Jacksonville’s. The chicken here is juicy , crispy and big! I hope they will never change the quality because we always drive here from Atlanta! Please keep it juicy and crispy forever 🤗❤️
You just have to wait a little for your order because they are always busy. But worth waiting. This branch deserves a bigger space for everyone.

J was a patient and awesome cashier. This was our first time at Jollibee and we did not feel rushed and he really made sure we got the best combo for what we ended up ordering.
