I have made 2 trips to this location over the course of 2 days. One trip was at 8:30 pm and the other was 10:00 am. Wanted spicy chicken both times and neither time it was avaliable. What a huge disappointment!!!!! Thanks for nothing

I'd heard a lot about Jollibee, but the food wasn't that great. The burger steak w/ mushroom gravy was bland, the meat was tender but overall not that good. The fries were good.

It was ok. Cute place. Had to see what all the hype was about. I can't say I would choose this as a place to go, but I also wouldn't refuse if that's where my group wanted to go Like I mentioned, it was ok Very simple menue, service was fast. They were out of the spicey options & they only serve dark meat, (unless you get a sandwich or tenders, but still no spicey avail), shoe string fries that come with a gravy ( the gravy was tasty) but the fries had been sitting a bit, so tasted old, cold & blah.

The spicy chicken is really good. It has a wonderful crunch to it when you bite into it. The rice is really good as well. Try there peach mango pie. You won't regret it. Their signature drink was really good too, ask for it with no ice.
The food was delicious, however, the service was extremely slow. Individuals who placed their orders after me received their meals before I did. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they informed me that the delay was due to the size of my order. Upon arriving home, I discovered that one of my orders was missing. While I acknowledge that it was my oversight for not checking the bag before leaving, I am disappointed that I lost $23 for the missing item.Update: I would like to get a refund for an item I did not get without having to drive there. I have my receipt. You're about 30 minutes away.
