I did not enjoy the sandwich at all, the fries were good at least. Had to add mayo to eat the sandwich.
One of the people working there talking to her co-worker was swearing, so maybe not a good place to bring kids.

Food was awesome, the lady working was super sweet, the gentleman was loud, hostile and bossy toward the young lady working. The gentleman was using his phone in front of customers for the full extent of my visit whilst the young lady made sandwiches and cleaned. I asked for a manager and was informed that the man was in charge, I will hold my complaints for next time when a real leader is present.

First-time visit and definitely not my last!
I stopped by John J.O.N. Smith’s Subs today for the first time and had a steak sub—and WOW. The bread was incredibly soft and flavorful, the steak and veggies were fresh, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just right. I added mayo to make it just the way I like it, which is easy to do since they give you control over your sauces.

What really stood out, besides the delicious food, was the service. The staff were fast, polite, and genuinely went above and beyond. The person making the sandwiches even came out to personally hand me my order—super thoughtful touch you don’t see often these days.

I had a 6-inch sub and thought it wouldn’t be enough… turns out it was more than satisfying. I almost ordered a 12-inch and I’m glad I didn’t—it was that filling. For the price I paid, the value was absolutely worth it. I’d choose this place over the big chain sub shops any day. They also have some outdoor seating to really enjoy the FL day as you have a meal.

Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

I decided to stop in today because have not had a cheeseburger sub in a while. The two young ladies in their greeting me and were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I waited till the last minute to ask for extra mayonnaise on my sub, but they were nice enough to do their best to add some on it. I will definitely come back more often.

Food is great. Service is strange. Have menu items they don’t offer and store hours say 7 but have had a few times tried to call at 5 and they are closed already.

Bland. I really wanted to love this place, I just can’t ignore how dry & bland my steak sub was. The bread was slightly stale and overall the experience was a let down. The place wasn’t even busy, so I wonder why the overcooked steak ( maybe microwaved). My partner got the Reuben which was also bland- and for the price, I would expect a bit more meat. At this point, firehouse subs tastes better ( and I’m not much of a fan).
The chicken bomb sub was good though. It was more flavorful & moist. Because of this I gave two stars instead of one.
I won’t be back.

Switched to self ordering kiosk. Not convenient at all, took 4 times as long to order than normal and order was not correct. Get rid of the kiosks

I visited on a Saturday for lunch after work. I ordered the steak and cheese, chips and a drink. The service was good and the staff was helpful. To be honest, I can't rate the food as I was congested at the time and couldn't really taste anything. Will update after next visit.

The service is fantastic, the store runs like a well oiled machine and the subs always taste great. Will definitely be back.

The chicken bomb sub was so salty I couldn't eat it. The customer service was great. I would try again if I am in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Guys- it's 2020. Everyone knows that white bread isn't at the top of the food triangle. Way way way overdone on the bread to fillings ratio. The bread is nothing to write home about either. Soft but bland. Basically what you're going to get here is a bland bread and shredded lettuce sandwhich. Ordered the Italian and tuna to go. Disappointed in both. Tuna was incredibly underseasonedÿ One and done. This place is for people who have tastebuds stuck in the 1980s.

They bake the bread fresh in store and it definitely makes for a delicious sub. The fries were hot and crispy when I received them. The service was quick and friendly.

The bomb was the lowest quality steak meat I had in a long time.

An employee recommended me to come try the subs and I must say the Philly steak sub "The Bomb" sub was really good. It was definitely the best sub I've had in years. The employees are friendly and patient as well. I would highly recommend this sub place it is also affordable.

Eat here! The food is absolutely above and beyond delicious. The bread is so soft and luscious. Everything I get just has so much flavor and freshness to it that it’s better than any other someplace you can get. The service is always amazing and attentive, and on top of things which is so absolutely nice! Like I said, eat here!
