The best pizza that I have had in Jacksonville, when I order online to pickup it's always ready on time however it does take longer to make such a great pizza so plan a little extra time if you want to dine in. You should definitely give them a shot. They also have many delicious looking desserts, all that I have tried were excellent.

Joseph's screams authentic and I love it! I kid you not, if you were to close your eyes, and tune out the music (which is nice pop music), every bite tastes like your sitting at the table of an Italian grandmother who loves you. The chicken masala pasta-seasoned very well. The chicken is juicey, flavored all the through. Pasta is perfect texture. The baked zitit, just as delicious with nice meaty sauce topped with a mountain fresh mozzarella and a colossal Italian meatball.

Original and classic feel. Great pizza!

We ordered the garlic cheese bread which came out pretty quickly. I ordered a canzone with green peppers ans black olives and my husband got a veggie pizza. I dont know if black olives are expiring at midnight but the entire canzone was black olives. So. Many.Olives...the natural cheesiness that you should get from a calzone was washed away by all the olives. There were so many olives they were bursting out of the slits of the dough and you could hardly see the cheese. I like black olives but wow. The veggie pizza was the same. Im all for a healthy amount of toppings but the black olives overpowered everything. Maybe this isnt the normal, maybe the olives were expiring at midnight. Idk. But I cant say that we will be back.

Hidden gem. All the food is great, but the buffalo chicken pizza is a must-try. The baklava is also the best in town.

12/2025 - I love this place and would never leave a bad review, but the service today was ridiculously slow and unfriendly. It's a one-off but it happened.

So I got the lasagna w garlic bread and a side caesar salad to go. I was given no cutlery. Caesar salad dressing was extremely watery and the salad was tiny. Garlic bread was pretty dry considering I’m only a 5 min drive away so I can’t imagine it losing quality that quickly. The lasagna is pretty much flavourless and watery. The food is cheap and affordable. I also can’t help but mention the interior of the restaurant. Hanging blue lives matter flags and playing Fox News on the TV isn’t really much of an aesthetic for an Italian family restaurant and not very welcoming. I also do find it odd that the front of house staff is white and everyone in the kitchen is a person of color, just saying.

You step into casual elegance, eating chicken wings and Pizza, the smells and aroma for me, modern Italian. Taste is traditional and spices are notable. Think I ate inside? Just picked up, but that was the impression that I remembered when I had my first bite. So I will dive in and eat in next time. Thank You Joseph Pizza!
