My boyfriend loves his bowl everytime we come but I’ve tried multiple different bases but their bowls are just simply terrible & by far the worst I’ve ever had. My boyfriend asked for napkins at the front counter because the ones on the tables were empty & the worker said “is there not any on the table”….. Customer service lacks completely and be prepared to wait at LEAST 10 minutes for your bowl as long as there aren’t more orders ahead of you. I’ve waited 20 minutes for two bowls before here, the workers don’t seem to have any sense of urgency. These bowls are way too expensive to lack flavor and for terrible customer service.

This place used to be really great. It’s walking distance which was always nice. Not sure if ownership has changed or what. But the two people ahead of me ended up coming back into the store, asking for a refund and dumping their smoothies. We almost did the same with ours. But I felt bad. We won’t be coming back.

I'm not into long reviews, because no one wants to read those so I'll get to the point. Ordered a Kale smoothie that wasn't green!! I went based on the pictures of frest fruit, but my smoothie was about 95% blended ice that turned into water.

These two girls were the world’s slowest workers ever! I ordered my bowl and it took 30 minutes for my food to come out, while there was only two customers in the store, this is unacceptable!

I always enjoy their acai bowl. It’s an art and you have to try the large bowl—it's huge! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I used to go to their old location on old St Augustine rd but now I visit here sometimes. It’s also a great place to get fresh juice!

I stopped by one day while I was on a work trip in Jax. Hands down, best place for açaí bowls, juices, and smoothies! Everything is so fresh and I was able to custom make my own smoothie. I hope you guys could open a store in SoCal

In short, definitely dont know how they have a 4.5. The smoothie was so bad unfortunately we trashed it and went to another smoothie place. The staff in the front wasn’t welcoming but they weren’t mean neither and they seemed to not know anything went we asked questions about the smoothies.
