Ok so…..literally I could have went to Waffle House and gotten a more tender steak. Our server John was awesome, all the staff were awesome. We came for Valentine’s Day . Ordered my steak medium well and had to get them to recook it…while they were cooking me a new steak they decided to comp me a giant glass of wine.. whatever…my suggestion is to not brother eating here….

We were staying at the Downtown Marriott in Jacksonville on a rainy and chilly night in January. We don't usually go to the hotel restaurants mainly so we can explore the city. This night the idea of even walking outside for a rideshare seemed awful so we went to Juliette's Bistro. What a wonderful surprise. Place is well appointed and a variety of seat options. Menu is not large but more than enough choices. I had the corn chowder which was served piping hot and delicious. My wife and I each opted for a Caesar salad. Mine with Salmon and hers with shrimp. Freshly cooked proteins and well seasoned. Our server, Masen, was very attentive. I had a well poured bourbon and my wife had a Lucious dessert. All in all a great little find.
Delicious food but service can be delayed when there's a show across the street.

Had an absolutely fabulous Christmas Day meal. John was a superb server who not only was very knowledgeable about the menu but able to create drinks for us as we asked for them. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I was disappointed with our meal at Juliette's. We had a long wait before our drinks and appetizers were ready, then our salads were delivered just as we started eating the appetizers. The entrees were good, but not much for presentation.
Absolutely fabulous meal on Christmas Day. I'll waiter. John was fabulous. Could not have wanted a better time and the food was perfect.
If youre going to the theater, this is a great place to eat before/after!

Snapper francaise was delicious. The miso salmon was slightly overcooked and dry along all edges. Our server, Amy, was amazing
My husband and I had dinner at Juliette's prior to a concert at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. Service was friendly and generally very good, although our burgers arriver prior to the bottle of wine we had ordered much earlier. My burger was prepared more well done than medium well (how I ordered it) but it was still tasty as were the fries. My husband's burger was exactly as he likes it. We recommend Juliette's for dinner prior to events in downtown Jacksonville. The menu is not large but offers enough variety to suit most people.
Went for dinner prior to a concert across the street. Very efficient service and the food was well prepared and timely. Will visit again.

We had lunch at Juliette's Bistron on Friday after seeing the Jacksonville Symphony Holiday Pop's show. This is so convenient because the hotel is directly across the street from the theatre. I had Fish Tacos and my husband had the hot chicken sandwich. Their French fries are absolutely amazing. If you are going to see the symphony this is a perfect location and you can make a reservation through Open Table.
My husband and I came here before a performance just to have drinks and maybe a light dinner. The host seating people was very rude when finding out We didn’t have a reservation. The place was practically empty when we arrived. She made us awkwardly stand there while she fumbled around and finally advised us that she could put us at the back of the restaurant because it’s all she had. Again, the restaurant was empty at 430 in the afternoon. She grabbed menus and told us to follow her, and sure enough she took us to the last table in the back of the restaurant and again repeated if we would of had reservations she could have sat us elsewhere. Again, I’ll reiterate the restaurant was almost empty. We we ended up getting a water and chips and salsa and leaving! We will take our business elsewhere. Maybe you should have the grumpy lady seating people take a class or two on how to treat people!! Won’t be back!

This was a far different experience that the last time we ate at Juliette's over a year ago. The red snapper was one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had, the service was quick and efficient. They finally have all their ducks in a row. Bravo!!
This was our first time visiting Juliette's; but it will not be our last! This will be our pre-show tradition from now on. John was an amazing server, the food was absolutely delicious, and the prices very reasonable for the setting and location. Highly recommend this for a dining experience downtown!
