Was at my hotel and just ordered delivery from these guys. This is why we are tired of the service industry. Ordered Chicken Quesadilla's and a salad. Didn't get the salad and the Quesadillas were very bland. On top of that no napkins or utensils! These people just have no sense of service to the customer. Why do we have to spell out how to do their job! You would think some things are automatic on a to go order.

I was genuinely excited to try this place because I’ve been craving Mediterranean food. I was married to an Israeli for eight years and even dated an executive chef from Israel at one point, so I’m very familiar with authentic chicken shawarma and traditional Israeli flavors.This restaurant would be the closet thing to it. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing.
I arrived around 5 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty—maybe two or three customers waiting. I ordered a simple bowl with cilantro pesto, hummus, Israeli salad, arugula, and chicken shawarma. What I received, as shown in my photos, was essentially the leftover scrapings from the bottom of the shawarma pan. Instead of fresh, carved chicken, I was served dried-out pieces that looked like what should have been discarded.
For $20, I received a tiny portion of chicken, maybe two spoons of hummus topped with the watery juices of Israeli salad, soggy arugula mixed with feta, and cilantro pesto. To make it worse, it took them 20 minutes to assemble a bowl that was clearly an easy prep and later to be sitting on the counter. As I watched, it became obvious they had run out of fresh shawarma and chose to give me the scraps rather than simply ask if I was willing to wait for the next batch.
The portion size was unacceptable for the price, and the quality was nowhere near what authentic Mediterranean food should be. On top of that, being asked for a tip before receiving any service or seeing the food is frustrating and, honestly, something I believe needs to stop—especially when the meal and service don’t come close to justifying it.
Needless to say, I left disappointed, and I do not plan on returning.

I asked for a recommendation and the staff was extremely helpful and engaging. I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend the beef and lamb shawarma with a side of cilantro falafel.

Service team was not very friendly. We asked questions and they answered but not with excitement. Atmosphere was so so. BUT the food was amazing. I was looking for a good fresh salad and they delivered. One of the most tastiest salads in Jax. Green Cobb. I will definitely return!

When they first opened, service and pricing was excellent. Not so much anymore. All the rest of the customers were treated well except me. I’m not sure if that employee was discriminating against me.

So delicious, definitely will be back!

Very fresh, very clean bowls.
Staff as very helpful and pleasant.
However, I absolutely detest a process that makes me stand at the counter and enter my order into a Kiosk screen. Looking at this screen where I can clearly see a thousand greasy fingerprints of prior users. And after reports about the highly unsanitary nature of food service kiosk screens, I simply cannot recommend it.
Side note, the UI on the kiosk process has notable usability flaws. Designed for the company/kitchens needs, not the users experience. 1 example, you MUST specifically add rice to your meal and the. You must add a custom note today no rice. Several examples of this poor design surfaced in your visit.

Since opening the food quality and quantity has gone downhill. Less portion sizes (big difference) and the chicken went from amazing white meat to IMO weird dark meat. I used to love this place but the chicken alone now grosses me out😭😭😭😭😭

My fiance and I love this place so much. In fact, in a 1.5 week time span, we have gone 3x. Always delicious, fast, and reliable. I’d meal prep their food if I could. We are 100% frequent flyers and so glad that this place opened up! Workers have always been so nice and polite. Goes a long way!
