Just don’t go. They said hibachi chefs were ready to serve us at 7. We waited till 7:45 and just left. Understaffed, terrible food. AVOID!

It was my first time having teppanyaki in Jacksonville. Although the restaurant has been around for quite a while and the facilities are not the newest, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the ingredients were fresh. The chef was witty and entertaining, making our meal filled with laughter.
Jennifer was very thoughtful and attentive, taking care of every guest at the table. It was clear that she truly loves her job and puts her heart into her work.

It was a bday celebration. We have big group. I can say they are okay in terms of customer service,just lil slow…maybe it’s just a lil bit of busy at that time..

Food is okay, we order grilled steak ,chicken, shrimp. With rice and noodles. Plus wonton soup. Taste good . Also we add sushi ,however it needs more improvement.

We came to this place to try the hibachi cuisine attracted by the many positive reviews. Unfortunately the experience was ruined because of the chef who dropped an egg on my housband’s clothes and shoes while doing the cooking show. Upon arrival of the bill we were not given any discount to apologise so we refused to pay. The other guests also said that the chef is the worst in the restaurant. The food was normal, the portions were abundant. We won't repeat the experience.

Food was great, however took over an hour and a half for the chef to come to the grill and prepare the meal. We were there over two hours in total. Arrived at 5 left at nearly 730.

Ordered through uber eats, Absolutely recommend the pineapple rice, staff is exceptional and attention to detail was amazing. I’m a transplant patient heart and kidney and they not only read my request, but followed it. They separated the cooked sushi from the raw sushi with care in my own separate packaging even sent a heartfelt card and gift. Will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend!
