I have been to karai bistro many times and have always enjoyed everything that I've ordered.. generally when we walk in, we're told just to sit anywhere we want, but sometimes it's very crowded so then you have to get in line. would love to see them expand the restaurant so that there's more seating. We arrived at this restaurant, excited and looking forward to trying it this evening. When we walked inside, no one was in line and no one greeted us. We asked for a table for 2, and during that time a family of 3 came behind us. The owner was so rude, she said we needed to scan the code on the wall to be seated, only after she seated the people that arrived after we did, and she sat them at the same table we were sitting at before we were even made aware about scanning a code...read full review
