I used the delivery service, which is super convenient. Kathy's Table is gluten free and dairy free. I don't have dietary restrictions, but I do like to eat clean and I love that I recognize every ingredient on the label. $9-11 per meal. I get the maintenance portions and I find them to be generous. I’ve been a loyal customer of Kathy’s Table for years and absolutely love their service! Their Gluten- and Dairy-Free meal prep options are a rare find, and even rarer is how delicious they are. Plus, their prices are very affordable compared to others. The staff is kind, and communication is always excellent. Five stars ⭐️
We started the meal plan this week. I’d give this place 100 stars if I could. The healthy meals are fresh. They look like small portions but you stay full for most of the day. My husband who is a picky eater concurs that this place is amazing.
