Hands down the best meal prep I have ever had. Nothing is fresher than Kathy’s Table. I appreciate how often they switch up the menu too. They make it easy to pick up meals in store as well if you want ala carte or to incorporate a few into your diet to start. Such a fan!
I used the delivery service, which is super convenient. Kathy's Table is gluten free and dairy free. I don't have dietary restrictions, but I do like to eat clean and I love that I recognize every ingredient on the label. $9-11 per meal. I get the maintenance portions and I find them to be generous.
