The wedding cake Katie made us was beautiful and delicious! Katie even helped with a last minute surprise groom cake. Our guests raved about the cake and how delicious it was. The cake was moist the buttercream was delightful. My only regret is not getting an even bigger cake. Our guests took every extra piece home because they loved it so much! Highly recommend kakes by Katie! Prepare for your guests to devour every crumb!

She waited till 2 weeks before our wedding and advised could not make our wedding cake or grooms cake - Why oh Why would you not advise at the very beginning? Also, not very responsive. I searched and searched for the email she allegedly stated she sent; however, no evidence and the reason why is we never gave her one. So disappointed - JUST TELL THE CLIENT IN THE BEGINNING IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DO IT!

I was recommended to this lady through a Facebook group and she helped me initially and answered all my questions but one week to my daughters birthday and her customer service just kept getting worse. No communication. I felt like nothing was moving forward. I kept asking for the invoice and the final order so that I felt like it was being processed or something. So as to not worry, I went to Sweet by Holly instead, another cake company that was recommended to me. Which I was helped with great customer service, ordered and paid for everything in one day. Now I can rest easy for my daughters special day. I really wanted this to work out but I should of read the reviews first before trusting someone else’s recommendation.
