Amazing positive atmosphere the owner is very welcoming it was an amazing experience I genuinely appreciate the hospitality here great music as well food so delicious it was like a breath of fresh air being here honestly. I will be trying the other location as well please go and enjoy yourself and be yourself.

Updating my review. I’ve been ordering 16oz, even 20oz cappuccinos. Tonight I ordered a 16oz, but was given a 1, maybe 2oz shot. Confused, I asked the guy about it and was told that’s typically how they come and the register just rings it as 12oz. I’ve been there several times and it’s ON THE MENU! He didn’t mention that when I ordered and all of the menus still say 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, 24oz.

I really like this place! The vibe is sooo on point. Prices are inexpensive. There’s inside and outside.

Inside you have the bar, tables and places to work or play board games.

Outside there’s bar access, pool tables, lounge areas and they have open mic nights/live music.

Went here tonight on My 25th Birthday and was just kinda hanging out and Chilling on My Phone when some random Girl started getting rude and accusing me of Taking photos of her when i was staying to myself and not bothering anyone. Made me feel Unwelcomed and not sure about coming back here.

This is an amazing kava & kratom bar everything here is five stars very fun atmosphere very fun vibe. Hopefully you get Mike as your bartender. He’s the absolute best. Nothing but good things to say.

Y'all, this place is awesome. I've been here more times than I can count and I've never had a bad experience. The teas and kava are always on point, and the rotating taps of specials keep things interesting. The staff are SO welcoming and helpful (special shout out Dustin and Abby). On the weekdays, I usually come in and work on my laptop and it's chill enough to stay productive then on the weekends it's a more upbeat vibe with live music and a food truck. It's such a cool non-alcohol alternative to going to a traditional bar.

This evening is extremely boring, it doesn't have the vibe, the bartender sleepy, not very knowledgeable, she seems sweet but definitely not vibing!

Such an awesome spot. On of the coolest kava bars I’ve been to. Their drinks are very well mixed to the point you can barely taste the kava and kratom, yet they’re still effective. One of my favorite drinks is the horchata kava shell. The staff here is outstanding, they’re all very friendly and they treat you like you’re at home. They’ve got pool tables and a ping pong table, and a lot of areas to lounge and just chill out. If you’re ever in the Jax and need a place to chill, def check them out

Great vibes here! They've managed to create a truly unique atmosphere. I go here when I want to relax, be focused and study, or have fun with friends. Sundays through Tuesdays are generally pretty chill, but then they have a wide variety of events --like Open Mic on Wednesdays, karaoke on Thursdays, and live music on Fridays.

The kavatenders are great and attentive, and really work their best to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Not to mention the variety of drinks. Not only kava and kratom products but also a wide variety of espresso and tea drinks, as well as some food. They also have food trucks a lot of the times, so customers usually have the option for food. I love the outdoor patio, with the games and pool tables they have out there. Really a perfect hangout spot. The only bad thing is that it's not closer to me.

Some people might also be put off from having to park under the overpass, but honestly I've never had any problems with it. It's also a nice brisk walk to the riverwalk or other places in the downtown/San Marco area. Overall, just a really great and unique spot with tasty drinks and awesome people!

When it comes to Kavatenders it's hard to beat Emma

Stopped by this super cool kava coffee bar and i was impressed. I just grabbed a coconut lavender latte. It was very good. Daniel was so kind. My husband and I enjoyed talking with him. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a unique laid back vibe.
