This place is disgusting! They gave me spoiled rice and tried to act like they didn’t. That’s nasty and unacceptable. Don’t ever order from here — yuck!

I ordered the fried Godzilla sushi burrito and it was soooo good!!! You cannot beat the price here! Try it. My family and I loved it. Will be back when in town. THANK YOU!

I’ve been doordashing for years and every time I have a order pick up at this location the staff has been extremely rude. I asked today if I may use the restroom before I took the order the teenager told me no, confirm take the order and then use the rest room because it says the dasher is waiting. It’s unsanitary to take an order into the rest room. I am working for a third party company to deliver your food and I should provide quality services. On other occasion there are minors usually a young boy who is anywhere from the age of 10-8 handling the front. He must be the only who speaks English. Many of our dashers are often taking orders back to back and don’t get to use the restroom. We are working together not against each other I hope you resolve the Minors and the friendliness towards dashers.

You have a lot of options to make a custom sushi burrito or bowl. To name what I can recall: white rice, brown rice, avocado, mango, pineapple, jalapeño, red cabbage, red onion, corn, carrot, cucumber, wasabi, edamame, and more. The rolls are large so you can actually fit a lot of things in them. It's like a popular sandwich chain in that they will build your roll or bowl right in front of you. Unfortunately, I was not able to verify whether the soy sauce they keep on their tables is vegan-friendly, so I would skip it, as some can contain fish.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for two weeks straight, hoping to support a local business, but unfortunately my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Every time I ordered the same bowl with two meats/proteins, I was charged a different amount — sometimes $11, sometimes $13, $15, and even $17. When I asked the cashier why, I was told it was because I had three meats. I explained multiple times that I only ever ordered two, but he insisted I was wrong.

Today was the last straw. I ordered my usual bowl with two meats at lunchtime, and the cashier charged me almost $20. Again, he said it was because I had three meats. When I disagreed, instead of listening, he stuck his hand into my bowl — after working the register — and stirred through my food to “check” how many meats there were. I found this so unhygienic, humiliating, and unacceptable.

He remade the bowl, but the lack of respect and basic food safety was shocking. I let him know I would not be returning.

It’s sad because the food is good, but the inconsistent pricing, poor customer service, and disregard for hygiene mean I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
