We visited Kekes during lunch time on Friday . We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich , a kids chicken tender meal , and a buffalo tender meal with a coke. All we got was the coke . We waited an hour and still no food . The waitress was not passing by our table so I went to the hostess desk and asked them if they knew if our food was going to be ready soon because we were tired of waiting . The hostess went to the kitchen and after she came out she was hanging out in the back with another waitress . I had to ask from across the room if our food was near being ready or not . She just said she didn’t know and has asked the waitress . We ended up leaving and we’re still charged for the coke . Horrible customer service and they need better organization .

OVER PRICED! The food is good but I'd say average. You CAN NOT have a full breakfast without ADDING a side item which is $5+ to add. A regular breakfast ANYWHERE is eggs, hash brown or grits, a meat..to get all 3 of these items will cost you xtra here. For 2 people today... 2 reg breakfast, 1 coffee, 1 tea, 1 French toast, $8 for just a cup of fruit for the French toast.
The bill was $60!!! Ridiculous
The KeKe Experience is pick pocketing

This was my first visit to the restaurant and our server Mona was amazing. She was informative about the menu and patient with us trying to decide what to eat for breakfast. The food was fantastic not a single problem. Definately be going back, gonna try lunch next.

I love a Keke's breakfast. At this location, the food came out hot and it was cooked to perfection. The staff was pleasant as well. I wish I had taken a photo of my meal, but I dug right in. Next time!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at this location. We came into town from Atlanta and of course wanted the Keke experience. I've eaten at another location previously and I assure it was well worth it.
I ordered a side of limp bacon and potatoes with veggies. My friend ordered grits with veggies as she is a vegan.
After a 20 minute wait, our food arrived. Yes that long on a weekday morning. As she consumed, she bit into bacon. A vegan!!
Our waiter Luke literally disputed her openly it's not bacon. Meanwhile, the manager arrives and confirmed....it's bacon.
Ten more minutes passed and I still have yet to get my order of bacon. Luke once again made excuses and insulting in tone telling me to wait. It takes time. Yet, in five more minutes, out comes the grits n veggies for my friend. No bacon for me!!!
At this point it's almost 40 minutes and I'm sitting with cold potatoes and no bacon.
The waiter once again makes a sarcastic comment. I sent for the manager who didn't rectify anything.
Finally, as I'm about to leave, she brings bacon. Almost an hour later. I told her to keep it and remove my meal. I informed her that I'd be reviewing the experience.
She ended our visit by presenting us with a full ticket for the rest of our party despite this pathetic experience.
Our apology was nothing more than the manager and workers congregating and discussing us as if we were in error.
We weren't loud. We complained respectfully and left hungry, in debt, and disrespected.
No one cares until it happens to them!!!!!

Food was ok, ordered French toast and it was so dry. Almost like they brushed on the egg on and then cooked it, instead of a proper egg dip. The table across from us ordered the same thing and sent there's back too.

Took my mini me’s on brunch date and the pancakes were OMG. Funny story behind this visit. I was doing an Uber delivery and had my son with me, the food was in the bag and my son states “mom it smells like cookies in the car”. After that I said I have to make an effort to visit this place. The proportion was very decent for the price. I feel my meal was enough for the three of us. My son finished his plate at the table. The sangria was very good!! The service of our waiter was top notch, I want to say his name started with an “L”. Very nice atmosphere!!! Truly enjoyed my visit- Thank you
