I placed an order for the 5 HBQ hot wings combo with fries. I asked for my wings to be dropped fresh. I was told the wings had just came so I drove to the window, paid for my food and received it. Of course the wings were not fresh and had not just came up. Plus my fries were cold. I then had to get back in the line which was wrapped. Wait 15 minutes to ask for a refund because at this point I’m irritated. To be told by the manager their not giving refunds (Which isn’t posted...read full review

KFC offers good food with fast service, despite being short-staffed at times. The manager Omar helped someone that was homeless and gave them a meal. The food was hot and fast and the lobby was clean. The atmosphere and service has done a complete 360 after replacing staff and undergoing revamping.
