Ordered a 4pc combo at the drive thru on my lunch hour. When I opened it, chicken looked discolored but bit into it anyways. Not tasty, threw that piece out the car window. I asked my coworker (he eats anything, all day long) to try a piece and he didn"t like it either. So he threw that partially eaten piece in the trash. We both concluded the chicken was fried in old grease. I called them and was told to bring back what wasn't eaten. So I dug up the piece out of the garbage and returned to the restaurant with 2 pieces of untouched chicken, a partially eaten piece, a whole biscuit and untouched mash potatoes with my receipt. The said Dee the GM said they could only give me 2 pieces of chicken since 2 were missing. Lol. No "sorry about that, how about we make you a fresh new 4 pc combo like we should have in the first place?" I am never ever ever going back to KFC.

Very slow no workers only 2 and their was hair in my chicken this was my first time trying the famous bowl never again and I was on my 30 min lunch break I returned everything for a full refund after I got off work

Very PO'ed with this particular restaurant. I see why they have a low rating. Ordered through door dash. Two people went to pick up my order. The first waited approximately 15 minutes and left because the order wasn't ready. Then a second person was sent and had to wait on the same order. After almost an hour the order still wasn't ready and that did it. I got pissed !! Had the dasher call Door Dash support and canceled the order. This is simply ridiculous .......

I have visited this location many times because my job is less than 2 minutes from this location. The service was extremely nasty. I said that I would never frequent the business. Well today I had to pick up an order and I met the District Manager. I expressed the concerns that myself and co workers had a few months ago. He assured me that they have replaced staff and still undergoing revamping of the staff. Please take time to visit this KFC. The atmosphere and service has done a complete 360. Thank you Kyle and Ms. Gina for listening to your customers. We appreciate you.

I wish there was a negative star review option these days.. I really do ..They were rude when we showed up, refused to make anything that we wanted “because we close in a hour and we can’t drop stuff that late” but said they could still do a famous bowl. I get home and start eating it and the chicken that’s in it is spicy, which its not supposed to be, and one of the pieces was so hard I couldn’t even chew it. Threw the whole bowl away wasting money, time, and gas thanks to these clowns who have no self respect for the job they do apparently. I don’t know who they have working here, but they are lazy and can’t even do their job properly. What’s the point of being open until 10 if your kitchen closes at 9???
