Today is March 11th. Last night I walked from my house which is behind the Dreamette ice cream to the KFC at main and 9th. The website says that they are open until 11:00. I got there between 10:40 and 10:45. The lobby was closed so I walked around to the drive-thru window. There was no one in line and the girl at the drive-thru said no we are closed. The website needs changing because it says that you are open until 11:00 plus she was very rude about it. That's okay I will never eat there again. There is a Popeyes right across the street and Sam's Southern restaurant which is where I ended up going. I arrived there after KFC and they welcomed me. Maybe that's why there are so many cars at Popeye's and virtually none in KFC at any given time. I wish KFC had shut down instead of Krystal

Just sat in line with only 1 car ahead of me at the speaker and missed my whole lunch break because they just had us sitting at the speaker and no one was at the window. They need to close this location down! Every time I’ve tried to come here it’s a bad experience. Do better!

Actually disappointing, yall need new employees who care about the establishment and refill the drink machine like how do you make the biscuits bad and nuggets different shades of brown colors on the inside I'm never coming back would rather have gone to popeyes

Food was old and nasty,,, staff have nasty attitudes like you bothering them. Please beware I think they are re-dropping chicken in the grease again. This is why people are going to food trucks and Tunis for fresher food.

Y’all listen up !
So today was a really unexpected experience here at KFC today.
I placed a quick pick up order at 12:30pm
long story short it took me no longer that 20 to 25 mins.
I get there to pick up my mobile order it was a young lady that was light skinned and had light light brown eyes she was the manger I showed her my confirmation to let them know It’s me!
I’m here to pick up my food, I’m late but I’m here,
she look at me and look back at screen and says
“Someone already came and picked up this order”
I’m confused!
I stated you sure cause my screen says order is ready for pickup.
She checks again which I thought was so strange and repeats someone already came and picked up the order.
And I stated
“how did someone come and pick it up if they did not show confirmation for this particular order”
She looked at me and said “we do not have to confirm mobile orders just say the name and we’ll hand it to you”
Lol what! I said
I stated well no one I don’t think has my name I told her my name and she stuttered
I asked “is there a way you can make my order since it was a mistake on your guys behalf?”
For not paying attention or at least verifying the order beforehand giving it away?
She said “no, I will need to go back into my mobile app and request for a refund”
I handed her my phone and asked her to show me
She directed me to where I needed to request my refund , while I’m messaging the virtual assistant they in the back whispering giggling like someone know what happen to my order This is ridiculous! Now I’m standing here waiting!
(Now knowing that I DoorDash to this specific KFC ON MAIN STREET,
They do not fool around with people money! when it comes to mobile orders they strategically
down to the TEA!
make sure when you come and pick these people orders up they make you show them the screen so that they can see that you have confirmed a pick up order to drop off at the customer address
thats how they know you have confirmed the order successfully through the app so🤨
All of a sudden for mobile orders, all you have to do is say a name I call BS! I feel like they know an employee ate my food

Is an acquired name so I know they don’t see my name everyday.
ANYWHO I Asked to speak to the manager and she said “I am the manager”.
I said well let me speak to your GM
she told me the GM don’t like me giving out her name I know this is completely false and definitely I know this is full o Why would you be in a position? If something goes wrong you can’t be able to give out your name or phone number nor Corporate phone number nor provide me with their store number so that customers can be able to resolve an issue and make sure this won’t happen again
that why I'm taking my time to write and let others know today was very Unacceptable especially how the manager and employees handle this situation

PLEASE be aware of the Main Street location
I also asked THAT someone up above in KFC MANAGEMENT TAKE A LOOK INTO THE STORE EMPLOYEES I BELIEVE SOMEONE ATE THE FOOD

I placed an order for pickup and when I got there and was told that they were short staffed and had no chicken. contacted customer service and they wouldn't send the order to another store, yet I was told by the only worker at this store that they could. Don't waste your time or money
