On June 3rd at 9:21 I called and spoke with the manager about my order..adding some sauce to my sandwichs and she said to contact u rr eates so I did and I told them ...she told u er eats the food was already prepared and she's not changing it ......I have called before on another order about a month ago and she was the same old witch I spoke with before ...I'm so tired of her ...so I decided to post it on Google her customer service is horable ...she is not running her home she is running a fast food joint where customers are right ...I'm so tired of here I promise i will never order anything from this location anymore so that I don't have to feel like everythime I order food from here I'm gonna be upset when I order because she will be apart of the process .....she Is more then what I really want to say but I'm not gonna use that kind of lauange...
Came in to pick up a DoorDash and asked the cashier to purchase a cup of ice and with an attitude gone tell me it’s $3 I’m like huh for a cup of ice ! I understand most places do charge a small fee for a cup to get ice and I agree however charging someone 3 dollars for just ice is insane and distasteful!

No welcome in. No customer service skills or greetings skills. Make me feel uncomfortable to eat there. Was in there tonight (05-18-2025)at 9:20pm and the 3 guys working is not polite nor do they use gloves to fix your food, your drinks, and no hair nets,no gloves, and their clothing were not pulled up on their backside. This place needs to be closed down for good. The soda machine in the dining area is nasty and full of rust and mildew.
