Lady with pink or red hair is very rude & the bull dagger with the gold teeth was even ruder! Do not go here if you’re looking for good service! Never got food, so no comment on that. Place looks ran down. Don’t think family should be working for each other, girl kept calling her “Auntie” who’s the GM, & she was rude& nasty too over the phone! No wonder this location is in the condition it’s in. No one taking their job serious.
Hands down has to be the worst KFC I have ever been too. The Chicken was cold and brittle and overcooked. The biscuit was stale and the Mac and cheese was cold. stay away from this place.!!!!!!!

Everytime I go to this location , they are always out of something. They never have any chicken pot pies. Why advertise something that you never have. The cole slaw is always out. The wait time for chicken for is ridiculous. You just open up for lunch and you are out of chicken already. This Location is disappointing. Really needs to do better. Poor service.

Went here recently (as a walk-up) and was offended by the staff. Without even coming up to the register she hollered out 'Drive-thru only'. I wouldn't have minded except someone was eating in the dining room.

I made the mistake of choosing KFC (Main & 9th at about 8pm on12/20/23,First despite having multiple choices on the menu I was met with disclaimers. I ordered a Chicken pot pie,none I asked for a chicken sandwich None.I requested a 4 piece meal,original recipe,white meat,no white meat available, a 14 min wait,which I agreed to,paid for the order and instructed to pull around and my order would be brought out after 35 min no order I went in and ten min later given some food.40 minutes for fast food,Please..

This place is HORRIBLE. Been here twice, both times the workers were extremely rude! The second time I waited OVER A HOUR for my food. They kept telling me they were “waiting for chicken” meanwhile everyone was getting food and leaving whole I waited.

What's wrong with this lady? She's almost died trying to even talk.. with all this hate to the world or to her own life, Idk..I was doing the drive-through order for the first time.. I couldnt get her just repeating "15.53" several times.. Is it number of chicken pieces, or order number, or price. Again, I was trying to make order for the first time ever. She doesn't have to know abt my experience ofcourse, but still could explain that "15.53 - is a price, maam" . Thats all..am not dumb, I would get it. But not to just repeat yelling the same number again and again after my asking "what is the number for?"..I was guessing myself "is it price maam?" And she's still: " 15.53!!"I couldn't stand with that and said "you are endlessly cute"And get the reply from her "SMASH ON ME".Is it appropriate for your service, KFC?
