Always great food and service. The prices are fair and reasonable. There's always deals in app to get free or discounted food with purchase. The chicken sandwich and fried chicken were good. Sides, coleslaw and mashed potatoes good. Definitely recommend this location.

Jasmine, Madison & Michonne, THANK YOU! We just had the BEST KFC experience in a few years! The food was served hot, fresh & delicious. The cleanliness of the place was noticeable as soon as we walked in. The restrooms were older and could use a little TLC, but were very clean too. When we have a KFC craving, though you're not exactly close by, we will gladly return!!

I go to this location on Normandy Blvd often. The food is always hot and delicious. I like ordering the 2 or 3 piece box. My problem is the box meals come with a drink, but I don't want any of the sugary drink selections or the diet coke. Can you PLEASE ADD BOTTLE WATER as a drink selection ?!! I pay for a drink that I never get. If I order without a drink, it's the same or more cost. Please help!!

I was utterly disappointed with the chicken/meal I recieved from this location today 8/10/24 at 5 pm. My advice to management, please prepare food correctly and ensure procedures are being followed on Tuesday and Saturday which happens to be the 2 days your family meal special is valid. I've recieved 2 buckets of what was suppose to be original chicken. Yet, the batter was missing and the chicken was barely done. I realize that the special increases customer volume. But that should never change KFCs standard!!! Nor should food be served to simply move the drive thru line! I tried calling but no one answered the phone. My money was totally wasted. I will not be eating at this location ever again. The drive thru cashier was very nice and professional I wish the food matched her energy!
