This is the worst KFC I've ever had . The chicken seems old and the skin has zero flavor. I got a 8 piece dinner . Asked for all white meat and got 3 breast a 5 dried up wings . It's sad. KFC should never be treated this way. You need to close .

Absolutely HORRID experience, the staff ignores your existence until they feel like taking your order. Once they do the food isn't even worth the wait and the atmosphere HA there was tray catching water on one of the tables. Horrible, horrible, horrible

Ordered online. Made me get out of my car and come in, even though I ordered on line and payed for it ahead of time, $60 worth of food. Why can’t I pick up my food in the drive through???I also gave them extra amount of time to get my order ready. When I got there they did not have my order ready. I walked in and there was plenty of staff working and I was the only person in the lobby, when I walked in. Looks like poor management. Don’t preorder or use the App. It does not keep you from having to coming in or really save you any time. 15 minutes past time that stated online when it would be ready. 5 staff working with no customers. I included 2 extra thighs with my online order and they DID HAVE ANY! How??? ITS A CHICKEN PKACE!!!Been coming here for 20 years, NEVER AGAIN!Sticking to Popeys.

I am utterly appalled and compelled to write this review after witnessing a shocking disregard for basic hygiene practices at the （8033 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221 ）KFC store. It is beyond understanding how staff, in this day and age, especially within a food service context, can directly handle food with bare hands right after handling cash. Seeing an employee, without gloves, use one hand to take money from a customer and then immediately use the other to manipulate fried chicken, merely ‘assisted’ by a clip, was distressing.This behavior is not only grossly unsanitary but also shows a blatant lack of respect for food safety regulations and, most importantly, customer health. It’s alarming to think about the cross-contamination risks involved, particularly in a fast-food restaurant chain that serves thousands daily.I urge the management of this KFC location to immediately address these hygiene practices by enforcing strict glove use and hand hygiene protocols among all staff members. Failure to do so not only compromises the health of your customers but also the reputation of your brand. I expect better from an establishment of your stature and am deeply disappointed by this experience. Immediate actions are necessary to restore any semblance of trust in your hygiene standards.Remember, the goal of a review is not just to criticize but to encourage improvement.

Rude manager spent $51 no biscuits or even a Courtesy drink offered? Wait it 15 minutes. This is one of the most terrible places I have ever band I recommend no 1 go here.
