It does not matter what time of day when I go here to get food they never have what I want. How do they always seem to be out of things. Then there are the times you order your food and get it home only to discover that you did not get your complete order and it takes to long to go back for it. This location always has these problems. Went to oak leaf and was able to get everything I ordered and will continue to go to oak leaf for my future meals.
When do the drive-thru after work in the polls all day. This was actually so fresh it was the best I've ever had with KFC and I've eaten there a lot.

Forgets stuff off order even after reminded about item, charged us for things we never ordered and even forgot to give us that item, told us 6 minute wait which ended up being 20 minutes. Got fed up and went in for them to say they were out of white meat, after 20 minutes of waiting.

I've tried ordering here several times, each time there's always a difficulty with the cashier, this time the young girl literally 'cursed me out". Because I asked for my change a certain way. (Which she had in her drawer). I could not believe that I was experiencing this out of kfc. When requesting the manager, she was like ok so what can I get you ; just out of sink, I had already ordered... The manager did nothing to correct her behavior like it was normal. This staff needs to be replaced you should not have to spend money and be treated Rudely.
