I ordered the 4-piece chicken combo in-store so I could choose the parts I wanted — specifically thighs and legs — with gravy as one of the sides. However, I was given a breast, wing, leg, and thigh instead, and all the pieces were quite small except for the breast. To make things worse, they replaced my gravy with green beans. Really disappointing experience.

Today 8/23/25 I went through the drive through and requested for my food to be fresh because prior to today I’ve been getting old chicken.Well I get home today.My chicken barely hot.My wedges were definitely old.There was no straw for my drink…they literally at the point just don’t care what food they give off.This is like my 3rd or Fourth time with this experience.

Worst KFC I have even been!!! They should all be fired starting with the manager. Or at least do a favor to the company and close it… yes, it is that bad. Service is super slow and you may think they are prepping the food fresh, but no… chicken was cold…all customers were mad and frustrated and all employees were joking in the back and didn’t seem to care…

On Tuesday I got the bucket and a side of slaw I was wanting. The slaw was just cabbage. Not much flavor and dry.
It’s very unfortunate how kfc has gone downhill. I came at 10:05pm, I was told the kitchen is closed and the chicken is frozen so I couldn’t get any fresh wings. I then asked for a Navarre, there is none, I asked for corporate number, they don’t have one. I will never be back.
