This KFC needs help. We ordered original, and the chicken was fried to death. The inside was dirty. The manager waited on us, but she was on the phone, her cellphone, the whole time talking. The food was tasteless. I'm so sad because I was really looking forward to having some really good original fried chicken.

The current store manager, Lenard ,very professional very helpful and knows what he's doing. I would keep that man in place here and give him a raise, exceptional performance. It was a terrible worker here and she was bringing down the business, he acknowledged it, and got rid of her as soon as possible. I would come to this location more if I were you while he's in charge. Preciate you Lenard 🐐
I went in and the manager had just let someone go that day and was short staffed. His attitude is what made me wait for the food. I normally don’t eat fast food because of customer service. The manager’s customer service was outstanding despite the pressure. He needs a raise!

We love KFC. However, we haven't had it in over a year. We've been in the Jax area for 1.5 years. 3 KFCs previously tried were terrible, no actually horrendous! This place is awsome! Good hot food. Clean atmosphere and the staff were marvelous ❣️ So glad to find a KFC we can become "regulars" at.

The drive through employee was rude immediately, my order was simple and she gave me a price that was $10 more than what was on the menu. A manager seemed to chime in about fries only being made to order and honestly seemed like he was trying to convince us to order something else, or not to order at all. We received fries that were squishy and wet (WAY undercooked) and chicken that was from AT LEAST 11am. I worked for the yum food Corp for years. I truly cannot believe this food even left the building and was given to a paying customer. Disgusting and a genuine health concern. Called the health department. Thanks for trying to give us food poisoning I guess? Sorry I ordered food when nobody else was even in the drive thru OR lobby. 🙄

Leonard and the female manager so very helpful everything I eat there compare to the first time I ordered there waited 20mins before I even order my food that short woman so busy talking and cussing and you can't do that especially you have customers waiting and her version of customer service was awful thank God she got fired and the rest of staff well on point keep the awesome job thanks again Leonard
