If I could give this ZERO stars I would. For starters I think the "manager" who took our order was ill, as he was wearing a mask. But I could not understand or hardly hear him. Which is fine, I understand being sick, but what I don't get is the attitude. He was doing EVERYTHING even though there were 3 people working. He was rude and short tempered when he was doing something else no one would come to the counter. The dining room door was unlocked, and no sign was up saying you were not allowed to eat in the dining room. We were traveling and have small children so eating in the car was not an option. He asked me "You eating in here?" I said yes, we'd like to. He signed and said "Make sure to clean up after yourselves". I don't work for KFC, I won't be cleaning your restaurant for you. I mean, what the actual heck? I always pick up after my kids and everything, but I was tempted not to last night just due to his horrid attitude. The food was good, as usual. We ate picked up, wiped the table down and left and even though we are staying near by the next few nights and love KFC we won't be back! And we will caution others to stay away!

Only a 2 star because the food was HOT! This location needs a SERIOUS intervention!!! employees in their cars OUTSide (and walk back inside (without hand washing). Found a piece of hair on my sandwich.... Go ANYWHERE but here for food!

Food was as expected. I took advantage of an online special and got free nuggets. Was missing my bbq sauce and the pepsi was low on syrup. I'll be back and hope for better luck next time. Gave an extra star for service because my order was ready at the time I requested.
They get my order wrong roughly half the time, eating here is basically playing the lottery. If you ever wanted an argument in support of automating fast food chains, eat here.

The KFC on Baymeadows Rd, Jacksonville, Florida never have pot pies available but it’s still on the menu. Went there 3 days in a row and they said they didn’t have any.

No point of ordering online when you are told 16 minutes when you arrive. Rude workers.
I arrived at noon which is typically lunch rush, but there were only 2 cars in the drive thru. Thought I was lucky beating the crowd, but the employees told me they had ran out of dark meat already. At noon. The people there are nice, but KFC just isn't good anymore.

Service was horrible, was told when I walked in only drive thru was open and then sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes to be told they would be closing soon, I walked in at 10:25! Lazy workers and bad attitudes!

Service was not bad, it was quick and the guy working drive thru was nice but the problem is any other kfc I've been to fills up their famous bowls way more than this so I'm jus a bit disappointed in what I got
