I ordered in the app less than 2 minutes away. Upon atypical at the drive through, Iwas advised that is have to come inside. There was no activity inside amd no one else in the drive through so there was no reason that Mt order couldn't be filled and given at the window. I requested to cancel but was told that is have to cancel through the ago. This was New Year's Eve and ice called customer service daily get no refund. No one has contacted me as advised and apparently this location is horrible worth accountability. The workers and manager were very rude and focused only on the drive thru timer. They had the audacity to ask me to move when nothing was in the line to consider their timer while they couldn't just complete my order at the window. There is no notice in the app that coming inside is required. KFC competitors strive to express their pleasure in serving customers. This location has poor reviews and slow business understandably.
1.5.26 I've yet to hear from anyone about my refund! The order was canceled and nothing was provided to me. KFC doesn't have s right to keep my funds!!

Rude to customers as if they're angry they're at work. No customers but forcing customers to come inside. This has to be against KFC policy because this is the only location that has an open drive thru that is only used to say come inside. This was a very unpleasant experience.

They always mess up my order and have an attitude. I try to use door dash avoid in convincing them by getting food there. And they don’t deliver half the order. Employees are lazy, rude, and don’t care about their jobs. I’ve tried add tried again to give them another chance. But I’m done. Go to Popeyes up the road off San Pablo. Don’t waist your money here.

Them little girls working in there at 3:40 on Friday 10/18 had god awful attitudes. I was only picking up a DoorDash and they were beyond rude and the furthest from helpful. You guys should probably talk to your team and figure something out because considering more of your reviews are one star then anything else, The last thing yall could handle with this company is some more stank ass attitudes. IF YOURE MISERABLE AT YOUR JOB. QUIT.

I should’ve known better than to try this place again. This place is horrible for customer service. You should avoid the drive thru!!! The last female employee they has would holler and yell and carry on so so bad that I could not get my food ordered & more than once I left without ordering. This time I ordered and afterwards got a bill for $42. I got three dried out wings, four thighs and four legs and some other miscellaneous small piece for a total of 12 pieces and three sides and biscuits I did not ask for. The sides were good. The chicken was horrible. It was hot spicy & it was supposed to be “original “. Inside it tasted dried out - one piece had a bite taken out of it. The other piece was just disgusting. It looked like it had fallen on the floor, and someone stepped on it. I called to complain & the male manager screamed and yelled and carried on like a maniac. I was just sorry about the whole event. I didn’t go out for a chicken dinner to wind up in a controversy. I will never ever return to that place again - nasty people and nasty food. Beware. It’s gonna take me a while before I can eat any takeout chicken. I’m just gonna buy my own chicken from now on.

Late swim meet and request for late dinner was fried chicken. Looking at reviews for chicken places left me feeling nervous about the choice, but we decided on the closest to home, which was KFC. Hadn't had it in probably 10+ years. So 9pm on a Monday, 2.5 overall rating on Google maps, I reluctantly stopped to face the odds. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. Staff greeted me right away inside, super nice. Ordered 8 piece family meal extra crispy , side of mashed potatoes and gravy, side of mac and cheese and an extra sm gravy. The order was completed in about 10 min. It was correct, hot, and tasted great. One small thing and it's a personal preference, the noodles in the mac and cheese were a little soft for my liking, more of an al dente guy, but it tasted good and was hot! I'm not sure about all these negative reviews. Makes me wonder how legit they are. Thank you for proving them wrong for me and my family.
