Absolutely terrible. I ordered the famous bowl just a few mins ago. I asked for a drink which comes along with the combo plus a water. Well they didn’t even ask what drink I wanted and simply gave me a water. When I re explained I wanted both, the girl at the window got snappy and seemed to be irritated. My food was worse than the service. The chicken, gravy and potatoes was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt on top. I wouldn’t even feed my dog the food I got from this location today it was so bad I threw it away and went to the food truck that in the parking lot with my job. I will not be back and wld love a refund.

One of the rudest establishment I've ever visited. I actually left without ordering. It was almost aggressive. GM needs to put these in place and teach how to properly talk to someone who contributes to your paycheck. Good workers are few and far anymore. Shame on you guys. Good job loosing more business. Your other reviews seem to reflect my experience.

Had looked online so knew what we wanted. Went in to order and it was "you can only order that online". It didn't say that on the website (I have rechecked), but just pulled out my cell phone and ordered it. The online order said would be ready at 6:35. At 6:50 is was "we are waiting the tenders" and we finally got out order at 7, which was 40 minutes after we had placed the order online. Turns out everyone in the store had a similar story of waiting.
The whole time the inside of the place smelled bad of a leaking toilet seal and we got to enjoy that.
The food was as expected of KFC. It had been years since I had gotten KFC and due to this experience I see no reason to do it again until my memory fades away and I have to relearn the lesson.

Horrible experience was treated with disrespect over wanting a certain piece of chicken or side item that’s im willing to pay for no matter the price difference but a lady I thinks she’s a manger but I got her name from a crew member and her name is Dana Sails she need to be dealt with I will not tolerate this !!!!
white lady was being very rude over a cup of water and charged me for jalapeños instead of the actual price of the cup and got very rude when I asked why did she charge me for that when I asked for a cup

A lady by the name of Dayna I think she’s the manger I required her name from one of her crew workers well anyway she was extremely rude about my order and said I couldn’t change an item on the new sale order because it’s a promo deal but I came to the same kfc the other day and order and could change it ! Highly unstatisfied with her behavior :(
