I've dashed to this location 2 times. The first time, they had run out the items. Customers were mad and i wait a very long time. Im here again today and I've been here alone with 6 other different people waiting while they cook our orders, and it's no even busy. Its going on 30mintues . About to cancel and turn down any requests from this store

The only place I can come for a mobile order, wait over 30 minutes for my meal while 3-4 cars come and go through the drive through before I get my food. May 21st y’all want to make us wait in a parking spot for 45 mins, make us come get the food instead of bringing it to us, and you missed my Pepsi, I go in to get it and you hand me the cup I have to get it myself after all the horrible service y’all had. Do better.

Minus ⭐ idk what is going on in there. I just walked in, heard someone barking instead of talking. Walked right out. She should be embarrassed. I do believe it was someone who's trying to to act professional. Lmfao she should be fired. Looks like some sort of meeting with employees & management. Really, that's how you talk to your staff, never mind that customers are entering. Scared me, I won't be back. Husband did use the bathroom, no soap & dirty. The grounds outside has garage surrounding the building.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered the famous bowl just a few mins ago. I asked for a drink which comes along with the combo plus a water. Well they didn’t even ask what drink I wanted and simply gave me a water. When I re explained I wanted both, the girl at the window got snappy and seemed to be irritated. My food was worse than the service. The chicken, gravy and potatoes was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt on top. I wouldn’t even feed my dog the food I got from this location today it was so bad I threw it away and went to the food truck that in the parking lot with my job. I will not be back and wld love a refund.

One of the rudest establishment I've ever visited. I actually left without ordering. It was almost aggressive. GM needs to put these in place and teach how to properly talk to someone who contributes to your paycheck. Good workers are few and far anymore. Shame on you guys. Good job loosing more business. Your other reviews seem to reflect my experience.
