I get delivery, and it's always barely warm, plus have to wait so long that the drivers always leave, so Uber sends 2 or 3 drivers before food is ready. So how is it barely warm? 🤔

Arrived at 10;30pm manager on duty states they only have chickenwings and Cole slaw when I asked to be dropped fresh afterward I asked can I have spicy sauce with my chicken wings due I could not have any other sides but Cole slaw and no other meat she asked for my sauce of ranch back and also stated they are closing I told her o ama Henetal manager for another facility but not with kfc you suppose to have all items still available. I request upper management which is DM or Ad, Vo to reach out to wings were cold after she said they were going to be fresh due to that’s all they serving
Chicken tenders were good an fresh service forgot to give all items for multiple orders we did an online order we arrived at the scheduled time 1 employee fussed at us saying they had to throw food away it wasn't our fault they prepared hrs before scheduled pickup an then they didn't included everything ordered

I've dashed to this location 2 times. The first time, they had run out the items. Customers were mad and i wait a very long time. Im here again today and I've been here alone with 6 other different people waiting while they cook our orders, and it's no even busy. Its going on 30mintues . About to cancel and turn down any requests from this store

The only place I can come for a mobile order, wait over 30 minutes for my meal while 3-4 cars come and go through the drive through before I get my food. May 21st y’all want to make us wait in a parking spot for 45 mins, make us come get the food instead of bringing it to us, and you missed my Pepsi, I go in to get it and you hand me the cup I have to get it myself after all the horrible service y’all had. Do better.
