It’s been 37 minutes and I am still waiting on an order that was ordered online ahead of time. None of their employees give even the tiniest bit of a care, either. Worst KFC I have ever been to.

With my meal I was charged $6.99 for a brownie that the menu reads costing $5.99. The brownie served was outdated by the label on the front of the box and hard to touch. The lead person came to the window wearing an ill fitting tie dyed garment that looked like a baby onsie which was not appropriate for work. I was kinda shocked at the appearance and tone. After much explanation, she briskly handed me $6.00 cash from the register and returned my debit card. I mentioned the price on the receipt was $6.99. She then briskly gave me another dollar totaling $7.00 cash and turned away. My expectations were a full refund back on my card that included the tax. By doing this , the register should have had a shortage at the end of the shift or an overage if the sale was voided. I will not visit this unprofessional establishment again.

Really zero stars. Went in to order and the girl is just standing there, on her phone with an ear pod in, at the register. Finally a few minutes later acknowledged me and says someone will be with me. I waited another 5minutes and decided to leave. Very rude and unprofessional!

Just left this place after ordering (2) dinners and was given hard biscuits,old fries, and chicken that had been sitting. $22.64 and none of the food fresh. At least give hot fries and fresh biscuits. Couldn't eat it, will not go back, and recommendation never!!!
Ordered a 16piece meal, at the drive thru, they told me to pull up ahead and they would bring me my order, after 30min I had to walk in and wait another 20 min, when I got home the chicken was over cooked, I stay to far away to bring food back,the more I think about it, I should have. Will not go to KFC ever!!

I ordered a two piece combo and an extra wing. I also ordered coleslaw for my side, but purchased an extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy through Uber eats. The food arrived so overcooked that the meat was dry and crispy all the way to the bone. I received two mashed potatoes, instead of my coleslaw. I contacted Uber eats because my order was completely ruined. Not only was Popeyes bad, but Uber eats gave me a $.75 cash credit and a five dollar credit towards another Uber eats meal. The entire meal cost me over $20 and I have to eat the difference. I was told by Popeyes that they would replace the meal, but when I call to verify the next day that I could come by and pick it up or have someone pick it up for me, the young lady told me to contact Uber eats, and I explain I had already done that to no avail. As I was explaining the circumstances to her, she hung up the phone in my face. This is not the first time that I have had a bad experience with this restaurant, but unfortunately, on the northside, there are not a great deal of restaurants to choose from. I am now one restaurant shorter, because I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again, and I will not be using Uber eats again at all.

Got our sandwiches wrong, forgot a side and took forever. Tried to call and the manager was so rude didn't offer to give us back our side either so I payed extra for no reason.
Pre ordered the food online to be ready for pick up at 730pm. Arrived at 730pm. They hadn't even started my order. Was asked 4 times what I ordered even though it was pre paid for with the specifics of the order. I didn't get my food till almost 8pm. The food was good but the service was extremely slow. On top of that, the place was dirty and cluttered. The cashier almost tripped over a mop. Looks like OSHA violations everywhere.

Worse place to eat manager had an attitude waited for my food for an hr when they said 12 minutes because she gave my chicken to another order an tryed to lie about it. Then when I got my food the chicken was baked instead of grilled and it did not look done. Department of health need to shut it down.

I ordered food and they didn’t have what I ordered - the manager was rude and hung up in my face when I called to mention I didn’t receive my food - they basically stole my money and never gave me my food or even offered they moody B on the phone definitely don’t need to be a manager - the food that I didn’t receive was garbage just like the store and manger on the shift of 10/28 @ 10pm do better
