I have loved eating KFC since I was a kid. Today I ordered an Uber Eat and my food arrived all frozen. The chicken I ordered was not the same. I ordered it crispy and it arrived original. Apart from that, there were supposed to be two plates of food and I only received one. The one I received only had one piece of chicken and it was supposed to be three pieces. I hope all this can be resolved if one day they decide to change people or the manager.

After tonight‘s ordeal, I’ll never be eating at this location again I waited 15 minutes outside of the restaurant for a mobile order just to get in line to pick up my mobile order and be told that it will be a 10 minute wait on chicken. No, hello no greeting no good evening. The first thing out of the order takers mouth was there is a10 minute wait on chicken. I didn’t even order chicken. I got chicken strips. Once he realize I wasn’t waiting on a chicken, he asked me to pull around the building and I politely declined, and asked for my money back, because I didn’t like the way he was speaking to me. He proceeds to tell me to get out of the line and call Uber. Soooooooo tonight I left the restaurant with no food, wasted gas money and no refund. I sat on the line with Uber for 15 minutes and nothing has been resolved. management at this location sucks and I’ll be making a report every night until I get my money back. 😘

The 3 piece tender and fries combo is definitely a good deal. We just did a drive through. The food delivery is fast. Cashier is courteous. Food is hot. Fries are crispy. Tenders are of ok size. Very delicious. I’d like them to be bigger but they are already bigger than the ones I got a few days ago elsewhere. So I really can’t complain about this restaurant. I’ll return. 5 stars.
