As a Latina, I don't appreciate how I was treated during my visit here at this particular franchise location.And judging by the reviews I've read here, I KNOW I'm not the only one who felt the same way.You say you close at 11pm and it was only 9:15 PM. I drive back around at 9:34 PM and see people of YOUR skin color ordering in the lobby.You were absolutely rude and unpleasant and you better believe that corporate will be hearing about this.

It’s the most bad place I will never spend a dollar again in KFC The customer service was really bad the whole time he was yelling on me for no reason and the whole time I was nice to him and call him, sir but he never give me respect and when I get to the window they was, the employer was yelling on each other and I wait more than 15 minutes to get my food, and my food was ready in the window, but no one did give it to me till I did I call someone and they did give it to me but it make me feeling, sad and bad how the nasty way he was talking to me I never say anything to him, but I cannot hear him a lot good from drive-through and he was calling me a lot bad words, and the whole time was saying to him. Thank you. Because I don’t wanna get to his level and start cussing him back But it’s really bad place and the food it’s nasty like them and I did throw it in trash straight and I did not eat anything because it looked bad

Patronized this place for the first time, the cashier had an uninterested attitude when I ordered and was just phonily nice overall, I ordered the $20 meal special which has 6 pieces of chicken and sides plus biscuits, everything was ok except the chicken!!!, it was old looking and burnt, I hate I hadn't looked at the order before I left the restaurant bc I would've asked for a refund, I should've known how she treated me I was gonna be given some bull and she did, I ended up throwing the bad energy order away, I'm glad I only spent $20 or I would've been even more livid than I am writing this, I'm never patronizing this restaurant again, treat your customers better and give them fresh, well cooked food!

The reason I don’t eat at places like this. But my son has been asking to eat here for half a year..so we went tonight.Must have been a racist; bc there wasn’t even a car behind me or ordering.. and she had me pull to the front where I waited 1 min before her coworker had to struggle to get 2 doors unlocked before walking it out.. he was nice; although frustrated.The “breaded” part of the chicken(which is the whole experience of fried chicken) was basically non-existent.$20 “family deal” has sides so small your family better be 2 people.Also; the biggest issue was there was a piece of plastic with the chicken.Hope I don’t get sickBad when Biscuits were best part but only bc i had good honey at home.I want my $21.50 back

Honestly it did not take long and the girl at the drive through tried her best. But the bucket only had drumsticks and wings and i spent over 60 there was no value for me i didnt get the desserts but they gave them to me anyways. And the hope is that we dont underrate them and i get that but i wanted chicken and got a bucket of snacks super not happy with it honestly not going back this location it has been going down hill for a long time i just cant do the inconsistency anymore need to find a good chicken place

We have been KFC supporters for over 50 years and the last 5 times we have ordered it was wrong. Yesterday we ordered a 16 piece mixed original to go order and everything was dark and we always order this meal for the family. It seems that no one there knows what white meat is? It sad as I haven't been able to get this issue corrected and this chicken I love as my family does. I'm not sure what to do as I'm fighting cancer and it's one of the things that I crave and I don't like dark meat.Please help me figure this out as nobody does chicken better. ?Best regards,

The wait for food was 15 mins. Over cooked chicken. KFC bowl was garbage. Hardly anything in it. The cashier said sorry I'm not drunk. Why say anything if u weren't. We didn't ask. KFC is going down the drain.
I put in my order thru Door dash around 6:45pm, pick up time supposedly 7:19pm, I arrived around 7:10pm, one of the staff (the mature one) stated that there’s delay or their back up. I was not given a chance to inform her that I ordered thru Doordash, so I explained this to the younger female stuff, with an attitude she informed me that there’s 2 people ahead of you and turned her back.There were 3 staff only, on weekends? And you partnered with Doordash, what’s the point of ordering thru Doordash when you have to wait for close to an hour?
