Tonight the cashier at the drive thru was rude, and appeared angry she had to work. She did not give me a total for my order, and she did not ask my drink preference until I got to the window. I did not get her name because she did not give me a receipt nor did she thank me for choosing KFC. Moving forward, hopefully, someone will train her how to give better customer service that represents KFC standards.

Came here a few days ago and had a great experience! I normally don’t eat at kfc but decided to give it a try and it was great! The food was fresh and I didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Definitely will come back to this location

If your not going to cook fresh hot and spicy wings let people know, I realized when I got home those wings was old and damn near cold and that made me sick. Don't go to the KFC on Merrill Rd. to save your life. Now I see why KFC isn't number 1 anymore. That thing in the drive thru that was taking orders also added extra tax to my food. Great way to bring back the hot and spicy wings(Cold)SMH. Very disappointed in KFC🤮

My tenders were overcooked biscuit was uncooked I had piece of hair in my food after I got my meal I had to wait 3 minutes for my drink when that’s the first thing that should be handed to the customer.

There was no white original chicken was told to wait 10 minutes for chicken. And waited 30 minutes and left with dark meat after paying 16.00 for white meat. They need to get that restaurant together

This one just does not cook chicken well. More than one occasion we have gotten mediocre food and service. Larger orders are worse and just more opertunity to mess up. Other locations are superior but if you want chicken go anywhere else in the area.

Very unprepared cannot handle a drive-through order for several customers. No food prep has been done. Long line of customers inside from drive-through. Drive-through customers waiting in parking lot for 30 minutes at a time. Building is dirty at the drive-through and the gutter is falling off. Drywall and paint flaking off beer bottles, and cigarette butts all over the ground. Lack of professionalism and taking pride in $1 billion food franchise chain.

I ordered from this location for delivery, they took 30-40 mins from the beginning to even make the order and the driver to start picking it up, I spent $20 and in the meal came two chicken sandwiches, after all this time they then tell me they are out of sandwiches and I ask what they have to trade it out and they say “chicken” and i ask again and they say “chicken”, at this point i just tell then to give me tenders, I wait ANOTHER 40 mins for it to be ready and my driver to bring it to me just to find out they gave me 4 small tenders to cover 2 chicken sandwiches. Never ordering from here again and i highly suggest everyone else do the same!

I placed my order online for pick up it said it was ready went to go pick it up and get there they tell me they ran out of chicken so my order was not ready and that I have to wait 25 minutes. For it to be ready. How do you run out of chicken. Your a chicken place you should be on top of that to never run out. I’m so upset . Terrible service .

We went in to put in a good size order. The customer in back of me asked if there was a cashier. The cook replied no that there was a call out. All the focus was on the drive thru, not the ones in front including the mobile pick up. We waited twenty minutes the one in back was served first, tenders was ready including the rest of the order, all they had to do was pack it. Personal telephones should not be used in the open where we can hear and the cook carrying a conversation with their
customer. That's just the start. The foo
d fries and biscuits were old and recycled. For pushing out something new. This store needs to be on point. Your compition is close by. Look a live, be fresh. By all means rotate food and get dependable people. Don't make people wait.
