Just went back and forth between the 2 closest locations (nomandy and lane) for both of them to be out of half of the menu.. and both locations let me order and sit through the line before telling me they didnt have what I was ordering. Did not even get food.

I went to this establishment to grab lunch on my way into work. The individual taking the order and at the window were sweet. However, the food was horrible. It wasn't until I had driven away and at work that I seen what they had given me. Chicken and fries that was old and refried. It tasted like day old grease.
Had KFC tonight for the first time in a long while. It was so much better than I ever remember. The chicken was not very greasy and extremely flavorful. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The coleslaw was excellent and the biscuits were out of this world. Even the sweet tea was pretty dang good. If they can keep up this kind of quality I will definitely eat KFC on a regular basis.

I don’t know who the manager is tonight but my order was horrible. My chicken wasn’t fresh and it was a 20 min wait on the biscuits but turned out to be 45 mins. I would have thought the chicken would have tasted better than that. I received only three biscuits not four that was ordered. One was crumbled in the box into pieces. I couldn’t enjoy the macaroni and I’m a huge fan of the macaroni. My dinner today sucked. Thanks alot KFC. Next time make sure you don’t mix the green beans with the macaroni I couldn't enjoy my food.

Bought a 12 piece dark meat original family meal. This comes with 3 sides and biscuits. Picked up food at 5:30pm. I arrived in drive thru before 3 other customers inside. Employee was black as well the other customers. Of course they were given their order before me. Racism! The food i received was old, dried out, and just gross. The chicken was over cooked and every piece was tiny, cooking the bucket just over half way. Usually the bucket is full. Can't add pictures. App won't allow, so... just for reference. The thighs were smaller than my dad's palm. This is no exaggeration. Place is horrible now. I received garbage for $43.
