Let me start by saying I still love this place. Needs the following improvements:
1. Mop floors frequently throughout the day 2. Wipe tables sticky tables regularly 3. Paint, dust 4 . Stop re-frying chicken . Too dark 5. Sell diet sodas and unsweetened tea 6. Help customers by letting them know if a better deal based on their selection 7. Great us with a smile ?

Restaurant was deserted when we arrived, girl at register ignored our presence when we stood at the counter and kept her head down whilst counting some cash, manager who was also counting cash in nearby stock room also ignored us. Then a few minutes later girl at drive through asked us what we wanted whilst she stood at the drive through window with her back turned to us, in fact through the whole transaction she had her back to us whilst stood at the drive through window, then got snippy with us because we had to shout our order across the room. We ate our dried up old chicken off a table we had to clean off ourselves, whilst our feet were stuck on a goopy mess on the what we assumed was a floor under all the debris. It is little wonder the restaurant on Lane Ave , Jacksonville was devoid of customers, it is inevitable it will close, bad management and zero customer service

We got chicken to go here the other night and I wasn't too thrilled with it when we got home. The chicken was extremely dry and you could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Maybe a while before I go back there I'm going to have to be really hungry ?

The girl that tended to me wasn't paying attention to what I was asking, I got a compo that came with 1 side and ordered another side to go with my order I asked for large, she didn't ask which one I wanted large, then as it turned out when I got home I found I didn't have any large and my gravy was on my potato's not separate like I asked. They're messing up a little more all the time
Drive through emplyee, very impatient. Cut off during order. Lied about avaliable peices. Chicken was over cooked, burnt if you will. It was very oily and the oil was old and rancid.

Went to KFC in Jacksonville FL on Lane Ave there was about five cars in the drive thru the line wasn't moving at all finally I just pulled out of the line and left it's chicken omg ...how long can you have people waiting
