I came to order 3 8 count chicken nuggets but Ms.on her phone thought it would be nice to be ruined and disrespectful calling me a little girl all because I found a better deal HORRIBLE ,Then the manger stated I wouldn’t fire her you’re nasty as she stated all because I wanted my food fresh and to add I will never come to this restaurant again

On 11/24/24 at approximately 10:45 am the staff was extremely argumentative during my order. They kept trying to dictate to me what I could order. I tried to order three times and they would not take my order. I am a manager myself so I understand customer service. I can tell you whoever the manager is on duty on 11/24 was not doing their job. I left that location and went to the Merrill road location and ordered the same thing with no problem.

THE BEST KFC! You walk in, you are immediately greeted, and made to feel welcomed. The entire store is clean and the staff keeps up with its cleanliness. From my experience, the food is always Fresh and Hot! The biscuits are awesome here. Not dry at all! To reiterate, all of the staff is great. I only caught Ms. Kim’s name and she is a character and really makes customer service a top notch part of the time you spend here. She is an asset to the team. Thank you to the folks preparing the food as well!
