Honestly I am disappointed.I kept a super friendly interaction with both the employees from the drive thru all the way up until I walked in for what missing. I wasn’t helped properly as I asked for help and I waited patiently. Once I made them aware of the issue. They still did not help me and with the order takers issue to read back what I had ordered to reassure I had everything. As I was told to wait and to be parked outside for one side of fries. I was never given it and as I came in was told I had to pay for the side of fries and I tried to reason with the employees to explain what was wrong but instead pointed the finger towards me after I waited for what was told to me to wait for. From start to finish terrible customer service.

At first we went to kfc on beach blvd but they said we cant do special order and i was willing to wait for dark meat. And they said they couldn't do it so i went to Regency kfc and Best customer service ? and they can do my special order i guess that's what you call it. Thank

Decent cheap fast food. I tried the chizza and made fresh, it was decent. Fries were nice and crispy.Service was great, everyone was friendly. This is a much better location than the one on merril rd.

I received an UE delivery from this location tonight...this is not original recipe and I guess I should finish baking the biscuits for you??? I'm pretty sure Im supposed to get a leg, a thigh, a breast and a wing...this chicken must not fly and needed 2 legs no wing....this is the second time out of 3 orders that has been disappointing....I won't return, there are too many good chicken places in Jax that I should continue spending my money here. BTW the receipt said "Checked for accuracy by" no name ???

The order was placed through the app to save time. It was not ready 15 minutes after it was supposed to. The staff were rudely arguing with each other instead of trying to expedite the order that was already behind. The order can in 6 different boxes instead of the one $20 that were piled up. Got to the car, none of the dipping sauces in the bag. Got home, and the chicken is undercooked. This was the worse experience ever. The bad part is the workers were all adults over 30yrs old. Customer service was no where in the building, neither was professionalism. I may have to avoid this location for awhile
