If I could give it a one I will ,,,the intercom doesn't work properly,,, they didn't have ice ,,the tenders wasn't even hot,,,,fries tasted old,,,biscuit was old,,it tasted like the oven,,,, we opted out to get drinks because of no ice,,, the customer service was terrible.....and we paid 21$ for two meals thats was barely hot....smh

Horrible. I sat waiting for someone to take my order, no one ever came to the speaker.I thought the speaker was broken. I drove up to the drive thru window the workers including the manager walked by the window and never came to the window. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible. This is the KFC on dunn avenue.

4 piece chicken strip combo. Fries were very old. Did not put the dipping sauce in the bag. They were basically taking one customer at a time thru the drive thru. Therefore it was a long wait. When they took my order and I move to the window no line was in line. Will never return.
I got there at 10pm and there were 2 cars in front of me waiting to order at the drive thru. As I was waiting with my husband we saw half the employees come out of a red car with Marijuana smoke coming out of the car. We finally get to order our food and go to the drive thru window where we had to pull up since they needed to make the chicken. Everyone of the employees had red eyes and smelled of weed. We waited until 10:40 when one of the employees came out with not our order it was for the people behind us and the reason they their order first is because they were smoking too apparently they got extra food because they were smoking weed as well. The only reason we got our order finally was because the employee didn’t lock the door behind her when she went back inside and my husband took advantage of that to get our food which was still going to be incorrect. This isn’t the first time at this location that this has happened and honestly something needs to be done about the incompetence of these employees.

I ordered a 3 piece hot honey tender meal with mac and a large drink.
I got to the window and she said 3 piece with mash potatoes, when I said no macaroni she rudely sucked her teeth and then told the lady making it that I changed it...No I didnt, you didnt listen young lady.
Then I get home its not even tenders. I wondered why it was $14...best part they didnt even offer a receipt
You can do better than that, come on.

Came in wanting a chicken dinner...after my order was taken noticed the prep guy smack a girls butt in the middle of the order...something told me to just get a refund and leave but I ignored it...the chicken wasn't cooked fully and made me sick to my stomach...will be calling the corporate office to report not only the activity there but the unsafe food they serve to the community.
