I love ♥️ this restaurant every time I come here the general manager "Renee" makes it so nice. And OH my God the cook here Roland Martin Needs pay raise because when I eat the chicken oh my God I don't know what to say but mo money !mo money! Mo money! That got it going on if you want the best tasting KFC in Jacksonville FL come here Friday though Sunday from 10:00am to 5:30pm Baby and your going to want some more places keep up the good work Miss Renee and and that cook Roland Martin more opportunities to grow because that chicken is wonderful ?

Tried to pick up an order as third party contractor and was disrespected by a staff member using a over commanding & berating tone while losing control of her emotional state. Assuming she is the manager, this was not a professional tone and she never said "please nor asked politely to confirm a order that was not received for inspection. I've received orders before without inspection just to find out it had missing items that I could not report after pushing confirmI also witness her talk to a customer and myself like a child or a dog. She need to talk to other human beings with respect in order to get respect.

Managers have attitudes and don’t know how to talk to people some of the employees are good but over all bad for the managers managers make it look bad including the incident a month ago where a male manager and a female coworker got into a altercation where a fight broke out and the young lady got fired for defending herself from a grown man

This place is a disgrace!! Drive thru wasn’t open. We were forced to go inside. The workers were young and extremely rude to guests. Now on to my food. My mt. dew was flat and watered down. My mashed potatoes was cold, my fries were cooked in burned grease, my chicken tasted old as heck!! It was cooked earlier that day or yesterday. I wasted $30 here. This was my first time in about 5 years eating here and I promise they will NEVER see me or my family again as customers. Anyone value their money and want real food better take your money somewhere other than Dunn Ave and away from this KFC location. We all fell sick after eating this mess.

No Sir, ain't no way I'm paying to be treated like this in a fast food. I will NEVER go there again, and NEVER will I recommend. I get tired at work as well and it is not an excuse to treat people so poorly. This happened today 12/7/23 at approx 8:40 pm. After a day of working, picking up my kids to go back to a school event 3 hours of driving back and forth. No Sir, find a different job.

My chicken was burned!! 30$ for a box of burned chicken which my family couldn't eat. It was much too far to bring the food back and complain. I already had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru to be disappointed, directly behind another waiting car. They were also probably perturbed and disappointed when they got home to a disastrous meal of chicken and sides. *NOTE TO SELF* Check inside my boxes for burnt or uneatable food before leaving Dunn Ave KFC.
